We arrived late so we needed somewhere comfortable near the airport. This was perfect with the shuttle.

Checked in in the early hours of the morning and up again a few hours later for an early flight. Main light wouldn’t turn off in the room so had to change rooms at 2am in the morning. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbours are saying and when the water runs in other rooms it is so noisy. Not a peaceful place to lay your head if you are needing sleep before or after a flight. Nice staff, poor building.

Service was excellent by the staff but special mention goes to F Office, Ms Aileen. Aircon compressor needs service when heater mode was selected compressor makes alot of noise.

The airport transfer was well organised and much appreciated. The hotel seemed further from the airport than we thought.

Was okay for a stop over, shower pressure was terrible but as it was only one night so can cope with it. Staff were friendly

The bathroom had a leak and smelled terrible, no towels in the room and a daily task sheet had been left behind by workers. Definitely won't be staying again.

This place is a couple of minutes from AKL airport, which is very convenient for early flights.

Grateful for the kind staff. However, when we first checked in we were put in a room that had towels all over the floor that were completely soaked with water. The room also smelt and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.
I told receptionist and he was so accommodating providing me and my family another room.
That room was slightly better, but again the carpet was wet and the toilet sounded like it was flushing over and over, this was on going all night.
In the morning I noticed the duvet inner was filthy and stained with only a sheet between us and the actual duvet inner.
Can’t fault the receptionists as they were lovely!

We had a couple of issues with this property, but otherwise the service and room were okay for the price.
The carpet in our room was wet and smelled like it had been cleaned but not dried properly and the toilet kept making a noise every minute or so (quite annoying when trying to sleep).
The included breakfast was very unsatisfactory because the options were so limited. Only white bread, only butter (I'm lactose intolerant), only jam and peanut butter and I can't have peanuts and the cheese was the horrible processed slices stuck together.
We weren't given an opportunity to report these issues because we weren't asked if we enjoyed our stay when we checked out.

The room was comfortable, clean, and reasonable. The receptionist was professional and very helpful and present. The crew is respectful. Walkable to 3 or more different eating and food shopping. Closed to walking and biking trails.

Staff were very helpful to my mother (I didn’t stay) and it is nice and close to the airport with a bus available. She did feel the decor was outdated and things a little run down.

Ask dem to do my room up as I was gone all day den got back about 5pm an nothing was done to da room had to go ask if I can gt some towels and stuff jut da convenience of it as I stayed there 4 3 nite I can say

Overall our experience at the hotel was Ok . Perfect location central for our family reunion . Unfortunately there were a few things that let us down during our stay . My bedding was stained with drops of blood and coffee stains . The tap in the sink was constantly leaking and caused a mini flood in the bathroom ( although this was eventually remedied ) . The biggest letdown for us was the lack of carparks . This facility has some kind of a deal for airport parking and the majority of available parks were taken up with non hotel customers thus making it extremely difficult to secure a spot and this made it very tight for space . Add to that the numerous pot holes within the facility it was like navigating through an obstacle course and you were lucky not too crack your head on the roof of your car .

This was a disgustingly filthy place, food still under the bed from previous people, bathroom door was broken, shower was broken, there were stains on the pillow cases, exposed wiring next to the bed, food left on the menu in room. This was the worst experience of a stay my partner and I have had at any place before.

My room was down a corridor which was lovely.
Iit was very clean and smelt devine. I got such a good deal which didnt break the bank. Airport shuttle was awesome. Staff at the restaurant were very friendly
