The staff on our visit Oct 16 - 18 went out of their way to be helpful and we’re always full of good cheer. Made for a great visit even though we were 2 seniors with walkers on the 2nd floor.

Hotel requires a refresh, but bed was comfortable and staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel also requires a set of stairs to/from the lobby. Lots of walking required to/from the 2nd floor.

Stuff is very friendly and accommodating. We had nice chats and felt very welcome. Building is a little dated and needs a fix here and there. Room-service on request. Rooms have microwave and fridge. Free breakfest is basic but adequate. Free Wifi works flawless. Restaurants and grocery stores are close-by. Can recommend.

Good place to stay the night if passing through Bridgewater. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Acceptable breakfast.

This hotel used to be Comfort Inn. Stay away. Bath accessories in small containers not even enough. Closet has no doors and beside the bed.

Room had a strong bad smell kind of like cigarette smell. Doors and windows didn't have screen so could not open to air out. Staff were not professional. Some were joking around loudly in the hallway saying very inappropriate things.

I only gave it a four star because we were not offered an elevator to carry our bags up to the second floor, but instead told to take the steps.
Rooms were super clean, and the beds were comfortable and clean as well.
We would definitely stay there again.

Great sliding door right off the parking lot to the room. really close to shopping and restaurants and reception gave great directions to things we planned to see. Bed was great. Breakfast was an added bonus to get us on the way quickly.

Was close to Lunenburg. Air conditioner made a lot of noise. Breakfast was basically stale cereal or toast.
Wouldn't stay there again.

Our room was quiet and clean. Staff were awesome - very helpful and friendly- really worked hard to ensure main areas were meticulous. Continental breakfast had a wide variety of food and great coffee

The property is located close to several restaurants and the desk lady was efficient and friendly. I really liked the Dove products in the bathroom. Comfortable beds as well.

Great place to stop for 1 night or a few while passing through Bridgewater. Very comfy beds, incredibly nice staff at reception !

Front desk staff was awful. Rude. In the morning we did not participate in the continental breakfast, but staff remarked that I was walking out with 5 juices. There are 5 people in my family. 1 each. The comment was uncalled for . I’m very disappointed in how we were treated at check in as well. Tone and the way we voice our words make a huge difference . We will never be back .

We had everything we could want. Staff very accommodating with anything we needed. Easy to get to Lunenberg.

Front desk was top notch. Super helpful. Had to cancel the second night of our stay due to unforseen circumstances after Expedia 4pm deadline. They accomodated us with full refund. Great customer service.

Room smelled old and musty when we walked in. The couch was stained and looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. The chair pads were stained and dirty. The air conditioner did not work properly. Booked 3 nights, stayed one. The staff were great and understanding.

Staff was super friendly . Rooms were extremely clean. Hotel is old and needs a facelift but the beds were very comfortable . The free breakfast was basic but fresh and plentiful . Would stay again ..

The staff are amazing, the room was clean, but old and dated. This is no reflection on the staff service nor the cleanliness of the property. Breakfast’s presentation was not very appealing but again was tasty. This hotel needs a Reno!

Acceptable for a day or two. No elevator in the complex ,if you have difficulty with stairs, make sure you have a main floor room. This I’d a budget hotel. The staff are very friendly as are most East coast people.

Overall was good only the carpet in the room has stains that doesn't feel like clean and fridge was not working but other than no complain.
