The lobby and restaurant were updated and nice. The rooms and hallways felt outdated. And the shower had no threshold or door, just a curtain and there was no way to keep water from running across the whole bathroom. Maybe it’s a Finland thing because we had the same issue at another hotel.

The hotel is close to the airport, serviced by the free bus. The building itself is fine but the rooms look a little tired. Ok for an overnight if you have a flight connection. The staff are amazing and the room was super clean.

It was ok for an overnight between flights, but it's very dated. We didn't find the bed comfortable for us, way too soft, and there is just one restaurant option onsite and nowhere nearby to walk to, sort of an industrial area. Thankfully the restaurant food was decent, and the service very good. It served our purpose, but we wouldn't choose this hotel again.

One of my favourite Vantaa hotels.
Parking is outside (I have a big American car that would not fit in the most of the garages) 10 EUR/day.
Breakfast starts every day at 05 AM and it is excellent.
Quiet hotel near the airport.

Hotel itself was little outdated and location was slightly difficult for public transport.
Room was clean and it had really good darkening curtains. Staff was super friendly.

Pleasant stay. Room had a high standard of cleanliness. I have only one negative. The room temperature was too warm for us. 25 degrees which we were unable to cool during the night.

This was a gre at t last minute find for me and it’s in a really pretty area near a shopping mall and a disc golf course it’s nice!

My room was nice, small and clean. Airport shuttle worked perfectly. It would be good to have transportation info about the nearest walking distance bus stop of 600 to Helsinki.

Rooms are a bit worn, not all rooms have fridges despite the hotel's website saying so and the air conditioning isn't too effective on a warm week. Check in also had problems as we got a different kind of room than we had booked, and had to go back to reception to have it changed. This isn't really a four star hotel in Nordic standards, more like three.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The building itself is dated, but our Superior room was quite large and comfortable. Complimentary water and candy bar in the room. We only stayed the night in transit abroad. This hotel offers bus transportation every 30 minutes and is close to the Helsinki Vantaa Airport.

No airport signage but worse was bedside sockets power off when bedside lights switched off (different switch & sockets) so mobile phones don’t charge while asleep - most ‘brain dead’ design ever seen. Worse was staff knew when we told them next morning but there is no warning in room!

I liked the courtesy and support of the staff, the dining room staff was outstanding as was the food; the only thing i did not like was the air conditioning controls in the room, twice the staff showed me how to use the control, the room took a long time to cool down

I had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. The receptionist was very helpful regarding directions on how to get to the City Centre of Helsinski and also the Jumbo shopping district. I love the fact that the hotel has a shuttle service from and to the airport. It makes everything very convenient. Overall, i enjoyed my stay at holiday inn hotel and would recommend it to friends and would stay there again.

Food was good rooms were clean beds were super comfy despite it not even being a real mattress. Staff was very kind make sure you bring an adapter if you’re coming from the US because they won’t provide one that’s the one downside to this place

This hotel is just 10 minutes from the airport on the free shuttle bus. It is in a nice location, trees and grass verges around. Must more peaceful than the actual airport hotels where I have stayed before. The best “ airport” hotel I have stayed in.
