Best hotel in Bolivia

It is a very nice Hotel!

It was my 4th stay within one year and this time everything was perfect from the beginning. The property is amazing and the staff did a great job. We were just a bit disappointed by the food at the Jardin de Asia. We went for the Mother's Day Brunch and the selection was a bit under the standard that I experienced before. But overall our stay was great.

Old rooms, dirty, smells bad No servers in the Pool area And internet connection sucks I was not be able to work at all !! Not coming back

This was my 3rd stay since September 2022. So far there was always something not as expected. This time I was traveling with my almost 80 years old mother. We booked 2 Pool Side rooms. We had a late check in and contacted the hotel a head of time to make them aware of that. That was no problem and we were even told the room numbers. When we checked in almost at midnight, one room was different. It was located in the new building on the second floor. We were told it was an upgrade. The room was looking nice but not Pool Side. I told the front desk and they offered to change the room the next day if we wanted. Because it was so late they couldn't change it right away. My mother agreed and wanted to stay in this room. The next day my mother called me completely devastated. She couldn't sleep the entire night. The mattress was too hard, she couldn't turn on the light in the room, she couldn't close and open the curtains by herself and couldn't turn on the light in the toilet. Everything was electric but nobody explained us how it would work... My mother and I exchanged the rooms. I tried to sleep in this room but experienced the same issues. The next morning I asked for a new room. Even though it was our last night, I didn't want to stay in this room any longer. I told the front desk and I got a new room right away which was great. The intention to give us an upgrade was nice but didn't work for us. Everything besides this experience was excellent and I will definitely come back.

The only I didnt like is the loud music played over the speakers - I dont mind the music, but I wanted to read and relax and I wasnt able to - I person I spoke to turned the volume don a little, but a few minute later it was turned up again

Probably the best location to stay in Santa Cruz, very nice hotel with friendly staff. A nice pool and very good gym/spa. The rooms are convenient and not you do not hear hardly any noise (except sometimes a peacock in the night). A good breakfast is included with many options. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Misleading, they offered one kind of room in Expedia page, and when checking in , the hotel did not!! I paid extra for better room, the hotel didn’t recognized it, told me to talk to Expedia.

A wonderful hotel in the middle of the hectic city of Santa Cruz. As soon as you walk in you feel like you are somewhere else. Excellent service and very comfortable rooms. The hotel is close to everything. This hotel will be my go to hotel for my future trips to Santa Cruz.

Excelente hotel, sigue siendo el mejor hotel de Santa Cruz. Desayuno excelente, habitaciones limpias y cómodas, muy buena ubicación y cerca de todo.

Neat and clean, very nice personnel. Bar was incomplete and barmen lack knowledge.

The room had an smell. The jacuzzi handle needs to be fix. Front desk staff very helpful but the waiters in the restaurant need to be more friendly.

They are extending the hotel with two high-rises, with loud construction work beginning at 9 am and lasting until dinner. Debris from the construction, mainly small pieces of syrafoam, were swirling around and accumulating in the pool. This hotel should not be open, or should be offering discounts, during this loud and unpleasant renovation.

Still the best hotel in town

Really nice people and amazing facilities.

Our stay was relaxing and we really enjoyed the amenities. However, the hotel was short staffed and we had to wait forever for food and drinks. We waited for over an hour for a drink at the pool. This was not the staffs fault, The staff was great!!!I would still recommend the hotel and will return again.

I enjoyed my stay with my family, their staff were very friendly. However, be aware that they will ask you for $100 per room as a deposit. In my case I wasn’t aware of that until the check in. Other than that, I like that this hotel doesn’t discriminate people or treated their guest differently. I will go back in a heartbeat!

I went to Los tajibos beacouse was my 35 th anniversary I want to rest and have a good time the noises from the construction was terrible if we now this was happening we never sty there The service Terrible never answered the phone all the time busy
