it appears to be under some construction or renovation. our room was generally ok, but there were problems with peeling paint in the shower. it was terribly noisy throughout the night from other "guests?"

There was no trash bags no toilet paper and they was doing construction the swimming pool is never open for 200.00

The property is under renovation. The rooms are fine. But The shower is tiny. The bed is hard. And they put a kids party directly upstairs from me. But the parking is convenient and the rooms are pretty big. I'm on the fence about it.

Broken shower head, floors were sticky and stained, creaky bed, poor lighting. First thing we see when we pull up to our room is people partying in the parking lot. Would not stay here again.

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were disappointed that no breakfast was included and the sofa bed (we’ve tried many) was simply horrible.

The toilet was clogged and my husband put his bare hand in and pulled out a huge wad of paper towels. I have no idea whats going on with the plumbing but it sounded like a train. We got woken up at 7 am but the loudest clashing and clanking from the vents and ceiling. Not sure id there was construction but it was Sunday morning. We wantwd to connect to YouTube or Netflix but the TV wasnt connected to the internet. Sad because it is a great location.

We couldn’t call from off the property to reach the desk. Also, the toilet wasn’t working right and made noise all night and sometimes would t work.

The room wreaked of cigarette smoke.
Three were booked, with one needing the sofa bed, but no bedding was left.
8.40am Saturday morning the gardening people were trimming bushes and edges and blew grass cuttings straight at us as we left the room and again when we re-entered.

The floor was wet, there were gnats, and there was what looked like black mold on the ceiling.

Property is in poor condition. Our room was dirty and poorly maintained. Pool water was dirty. Staff was nice.

This was my second time staying at this property. They are doing a pretty good job of updating. The room has great amenities and is very spacious. The floor was dirty and had not been vacuumed but everything else was pretty clean. Both times we have stayed here we have been awakened in the middle of the night by very loud young people having a party. Management responds to complaints quickly. I would stay here again.

In our room we could hear like water dripping once and AC would cut off since it was on auto it cut on and off once the room cool... We stayed in 213 that's the only down fall was hearing that sound of dripping water all night off and on

There is no luggage cart and we were far from where we had to park. We are seniors and the crooked sidewalk was hard to navigate. My husband fell trying to take some belongings to the car. One of the cuts required antibiotics.

Bathtub was dirty, room smelled old and carpet needed cleaned. Left keycard in room 8 3:40 am to leave and was locked out until 7:42am. There was no one on the property to assist with a replacement key, there was no emergency telephone number to contact anyone. There was a note on the main entrance that stated the office would be closed until 7:00am. Very unacceptable. I take full responsibility for locking the key in the room, however things happened. There should have been someone on the property to assist. Another guest was locked out at 6:14am and also had to wait until 7:42am to regain entry.

So this was a good room. Buildings need to be painted. Also pet friendly, but most of the area close that you would expect to take your pet to go to the bathroom are all rock. No grass. So have to go to the outskirts of the property behind some storage sheds on the property to find any grass. They need to designate a specific area for pets if you are going to be pet friendly. Also first time I had to do a security deposit. Pet price is higher than most. But just change management and no longer under Marriot.

Carpet in the Original room was heavily soiled in several spots. 2nd room was better but still very old carpet and couch with stains. Over the weekend lots loud party goers and noise until after 1:30 in the morning. Great location.

Security alarm was going off nonstop. Hotel clerk just cussed at it repeatedly. Area feels very unsafe.

Bait and Switch! Not sure who’s responsible: Mainstay or Expedia? Although, i went from $106 to $206 (including the secretive hundred dollar deposit that’s required at check-in).
Nobody said anything about $100 deposit until after the $106 booking was made. I slept in my car last night because I was unable to check in without the extra hundred dollars. How about a little transparency folks?

We booked a non smoking room and the room smelled like stale cigarettes the entire time we were there, not sure how the smoking and non smoking rooms are split up but it’s not working.
Other than the smell the room itself was clean and served us well for the long weekend we were there. Good enough for the price

Quiet environment, comfortable bed. However alot of hair in the shower, shower didnt drain i was standing in filth.. and kitchen was a little dirty.

The property looks rundown. Our room had not been updated in years. There was no breakfast. There is a Quiet Environment Policy, but it is not strictly enforced. We called the front desk at 11:30 pm to complain about a noisy party above us and believe action was taken to try to quiet them down, but the noise resumed soon after that). We paid approx $160 per night, which is way overpriced for this property.
