Disappointed hot tub was broken. Staff was nice. Restaurant - dinner,could not get a napkin with all 3 silverware in it, and as a steakhouse should always have steak knives not butter or regular knives for dinner. Food was fine but some entries confusing with different prices and what is included.
As for breakfast, much better. Beffet that won't cost over $100, make your own waffles with waffle maker. Room was slightly cold, despite fan being always on. Hallway was even colder, and you can tell there was a heating issue as space heaters were scattered all over Lobby. Came for the Muppets exhibit at the Riverfront Museum. One last thing. Although it almost seemed we were the only guests, upon checkout on a Tuesday we were surprised to see police in lobby with a woman who apparently lost something. Checkout was fast.

This hotel was great! Everything was clean, everyone was so nice and helpful! They brought extra linens to our room for the pullout quickly and conveniently. And it's right across the road from the Civic Center! We would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and the room/ halls/ bathrooms were clean. Unfortunately we specifically opted for this property to use the pool with our children. When we arrived at the pool, there was a white film, and particulate floating all over the surface of the pool. Given the caliber of the hotel, this was disappointing.

Our stay was good, except we stayed in a suite. At night we pulled the sofa sleeper out and it had no mattress. After 3 calls and over 2 hours we still never received it and had to sleep on floor.

I specifically selected this hotel after calling to confirm that they had a EV charger on site or within walking distance. I was told to convention center had one unfortunately both of the terminals were inoperable. Which meant I spent over an hour looking for a suitable charging station for my electric vehicle it was up at 3:30 in the morning, trying to find it so I could get back home. If the hotel is going to recommend those EV stations, they should make sure they actually work because unlike a gas vehicle. It may take quite a bit more effort to find the appropriate accommodation for an electric vehicle. If they are not sure they should not make the recommendation, especially since they are unable to assist people with getting to and from an EV station.

Easy to locate right off I-74. We met friends here and enjoyed our stay. Fun pizza place across the street-Hoops, don't miss it! Within walking distance to restaurants and the Caterpillar visitors center.

Hotel is very clean and nice! Big king bed big tv with netflix so you're not stuck with cable, there's also a small fridge, and a big table. Breakfast is available for $18 per person and parking garage for $15 a day. Plus side of this is theres a walkway that connects it to the civic center! Easy access if you're attending events! Marriot Bonvoy hotels does not disappoint!

The only problem we had along with several others was getting out of the parking garage! Need to post a sign on the steps to take on what to do to get out! Otherwise, our stay was great!

Generally average. Good situation in you need to access the Civic Center. I wish the hotel was more upfront on their parking situation and how to access it. There’s street parking and a garage. Hotel patrons have unlimited in and out access but will have to pay $15 upon checking out. It was a bit annoying that I had to ask around about this. This information should be easily accessible.

Upon arrival at the Hotel, check-in per Expedia was at 3pm in which we arrived at 315pm, the hotel informed us that check-in is at 4pm. We were also told that there were no rooms available due to high number of check-outs that day. The excuse was due to not having linens for all of the rooms with no real time frame of when they would be ready. After waiting an additional 3 hours, the manager had to go to the room to "clean" so that we could get checked in. Once we got into the room, we found several areas that were not cleaned to a Marriot Standard. The TV's in the room were terribly slow and for the most part didn't even work. There was a restaurant on site but $18 for a continental breakfast we quite ridiculous, considering that they offering were no different than what you would get for a free one at any other hotel. For the price paid for a suite, I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros; Rooms were pretty spacious, beds were comfy, staff was super friendly and the place is pretty looking. Cons; Cleaniness, our bed sheets had coffee (atleast hoping it was coffee) stains on them, shower curtain was half stained yellow. The pool provided didn't seem well maintained as there was trash there from the morning when I first checked it out in the AM then try to swim in the evening. There was also lots of chunks of hair throughout the sides of the pool. The hot tub was cautioned taped off. I wish there was more options in the room for coffee and tea that was provided instead of only one paper cup and one K cup of coffee. While trying to sleep I unfortunately could hear the other people in their rooms and everyone in the hallway. Otherwise, the bar was kept pretty clean. The restaurant was unfortunately closed that was connected to the hotel.

Hotel was very nice! Rooms are pretty, comfortable and spacious. The fitness room and bar area are convenient as well. The parking garage is a little confusing and depending on where you park, it may take a bit to get to the actual hotel. Would definitely stay again though!
