My experience was wonderful and the staff would go out of there way to make sure every need was met.

My wife & i enjoyed staying at this location very much. Good parking, convenient location, good price. The room was very clean, recently updated & modern. Good hot shower & nice amenities in the bathroom. The only drawback was the bed was a little uncomfortable.

Bathroom floor was quite dirty - dried clumps on it. Perhaps random housekeeping inspections would prove helpful. Also items and coffee supplies at breakfast bar not being kept up to demand.

The hotel rooms have a "musty smell." The rooms we stayed in from 07/23 to 07/24 2nights , rooms 217 and 219, had a musty odor and a suspicious smell of marijuana, which made us uncomfortable. We requested a room change, but the front desk responded that the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate the request. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was not resolved, and we were unable to sleep the entire night of 07/23. We request a refund for one night's stay for these two rooms

Initial room smelled like smoke. The second room was dirty (bathroom and carpet in bedroom).

I was put in a room next elevator, had to listen to it two nights in row, walls have no sound barrier in walls , noisy rooms, won't book with Holiday inn again.

The only downfall it has is that the pool doesn't have enough ventilation can get very stuffy indoors.

I always enjoy my stay here. It is always super clean and the staff are so friendly. I will say the rooms always need some maintenance repairs--like this time the hot and cold water was switched in my room, and the tub water spout was coming out of the wall. Overall I can work around these things because of how clean everything is--this hotel is in no way run down. Some small repairs in the rooms would be nice, but I've always had a good stay anyway.

Beds were lumpy , u had no control of air in room, bathroom floor didn’t look clean. The guy in the evening wasnt very talkative. We walked in and he was sitting In Lobby on his phone. Didn’t acknowledge we were there. Wasn’t friendly at all and u could hardly heat him

If the stay is in the room on the back side of the hotel, you will enjoy your stay. However, if your room is on the front of the hotel, it will smell of cigarette smoke, which is not comfortable for a non-smoking property. The breakfast and staff were mediocre.
