Check in was excellent- the staff is wonderful. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The hotel needs a refurbishment. The rooms are clean, but very dated. The shower was not up to modern standards. Hotel staff were helpful and polite.

The hotel is dated and i don't think much can be done about that. Not too many dining options close by. This is a place to stay for one night.

The room stunk like old marijuana smoke when we checked in, the window was open and screen broken at check in. We found out later in the night that the bathroom sink didnt drain. There was also poorly patched holes in the walls from where Im assuming photos had been previously hung. All told the place just felt really seedy because of all this, not worth what we paid for one nights stay.

Our room was very nice and clean. Our bed was a bit too soft so we kept rolling into each other. We got clean towels bu no one made our bed.

Paul, who checked me in, was wonderful. Such a nice man. Explained where everything was located and about breakfast with a smile.

Nice hotel. But many kids were running up and down hallway. Extremely noisy. Management was weak. Several people complained and asked to have room changes. .Hopefully can find a new hotel in the area. Room was clean and comfortable.

Only thing positive was some staff members. They were friendly and work hard. We could not sleep because of noise from adjacent rooms and above. Pounding , banging on walls. The lock on the door was broken off and badly repaired. The smell from carpets was really bad as well as different areas in the hall way. Not sure but this place seems to be used for housing.
Over all, terrible night. Stay away if possible

The mattresses were a bit lumpy and the air conditioner was noisy. However, everything else was fine and the staff and service were great. We enjoyed our stay.

I will say that the room was clean and comfortable. However, the front desk manager tried to tell me that the rooms were sold out even though I had pre booked it with Hotels.com. He tried to sell me a King size bed with 4 people. He then said I will get 2 Queen size beds but we were in fact given two full size beds. Also only given 2 bath size towels. Bottom line is the room was adequate but not what I had reserved and paid for. I don't understand why he tried to keep us out of the hotel in the first place. Two full size beds do not adequately accommodate 4 people.

This used to be a nice hotel. This time it appears to be an extended stay low income housing apartment. One room the lock didn't work. Our room key cards needed to be reset twice. Twice there was nobody at the front desk for service for over 15 minutes and then had to find a phone to call them. There was a smoke and pot smell in the stairwells. Room didn't get cleaned, coffeemaker didn't work. And arrived with police in the parking lot. We left a day early because I did not feel safe. I would recommend spending the extra money to stay at the double tree down the street.

I liked that because my flight came in so late ,all I had to do is come in and check in . They had everything else taken care of. The breakfast ,coffee ,there was a lemon water despenser ,and lemon aid . There was microwave and mini fridge in my room . The grounds we're good and I picked the motel because they were pet friendly and I traveled with my service dog . Like is said I came in late and was greeted and didn't have to worry about ,coffee or breakfast the next day . Thier breakfast spread leaves you speechless . With all the stress I had to deal with on my trip , comfort inn made sure they weren't part of it . They even had treats for my dog ,and a happy smile ,no matter the time . They did great .

Close to So Shore Rehab & Skilled Care where needed to care for sister.
Very long day. No one to check me in. After calling out, knocking on employee door, etc., finally found phone # to call. Guy reportedly was on 3rd floor and apologized. But I waited for over 15 minutes. No bell or instruction left to contact anyone if attendant not present. Was frustrated and tired. MIT was around 8:30pm.

The ceiling tiles in the hall ways are really dirty.They take away from the quality of this location. They need replaced or a re-design that complements the quality staff you have at this hotel! The staff and breakfast staff were outstanding!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was meticulously cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the facility given my past experiences with Comfort Inns. I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I am in the Scituate/Rockland area.

The bed was SOOO comfortable. The breakfast smelled so good and I had planned to eat before leaving but over slept ☺️

The hotel and room were fine minus the hair in my tub. HOWEVER they gave my room number to someone who I am having domestic issues with- whom then banged on my door demanding to speak with me. I was in fear of my safety although did NOT let him in. After waiting almost an hour, I felt it was safe to go to my vehicle and leave, only to find him block me in with his truck so I could not leave. I had to call the police! :( A refund for my nights stay would be appreciated as they violated my privacy rights, and put my safety at risk!

Clean and comfortable. Lobby was nicely decorated for the season with hot cider or lemon water offered at reception. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a small gym.The complimentary hot breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel buffet. Several hot options including sausage, make your own waffles, eggs with jalapenos and bacon, and hash browns with melted cheese on top as well as bagels, cereal, yogurt, breakfast sweets and fruit. Would definitely return if in the area again.

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. One problem was that there was only one waffle maker and the lady in front of us was making waffles for her whole family to bring back to her room. Had to wait a long time and she had no consideration.
