Nice pool freanly staff

Great location! You can walk to everything from here or just seat outside the hotel to enjoy and relax. Parking is small, however they offer a gated parking 1/2 of block from the hotel and they have some spots on the street right in front of the entrance. I stayed 2 nights in the 1 queen bed room and like it but bathroom is in the small size and an upgrade will be nice. Also, take your own towels as the ones in the hotel look old, also that needed to be renew. besides these two things I will stay there again probably upgrade to Jr. suite.

Room and restroom was not the cleanest, staff was not very accommodating, asked for a room downstairs as my husband’s knees are bad but they made zero effort on any accommodations. My checkout was for Monday and when I was out and about on Sunday I get a voicemail from the front desk that my checkout was Sunday, I called them back and it was a mistake on their end. It was just not the greatest place to stay. The only thing that is great about it is the location, definitely great location. They definitely need to remodel the rooms though, they are outdated and definitely in need of upgrades all around!

I like the architecture and how safe it is. I like that the windows don’t have safety bars. It’s very nice to be walking distance from the port and restaurants. The staff is very welcoming. This will be out spot when we come to Ensenada.

Location is great! You are walking distance to everything which is convenient. Easy check in staff is friendly and respectful. Take in consideration parking is limited inside the hotel however they have an additional parking 1/2 block from main entrance or some spots in the street. Also, the bathroom in the room I stayed is ready for an upgrade, but it was not deal breaker. Definitely will stay again probably I will upgrade the room.

An amazing place to stay.

We came to Ensenada for a Dr's visit. Really enjoyed this place as it was close to all the attractions. Right in the middle of it all. Only main issue we had was the toilet. As funny as that might sound it was a struggle. The toilet was so far back that the tanks lid was pushed way too forward. In fact, it was so forward that the toilet seat cover was falling down. When seated it was like you were being pushed along with it. We ended up taking off the tank lid for the rest of our visit. Second thing was the shower...every time we used it not only was the water pressure a bit too rough but the shower floor was constantly flooded. Those were the only main issues. Other than that the place was lovely, averagely priced, and easy to access.

The property is in an excellent location, although the parking is terrible, it allows only a hand full of cars and some were reserved. The rooms don’t have safe boxes and they don’t have refrigerators to keep your drinks cool. Be aware that if you go on a weekend, it is very noisy, but after all, you get what you pay for……

the place was nice, clean, and friendly staff, but they had street construction and could't park at the hotel but about a block away and since the reservations were last minute there was no refund, I really hated that I had to carry all my stuff from a block away, if I could've cancel and get something else I would have. I wish they would post when they are under construction and since they didn't, give the option to cancel.

Nice pool, friendly staff, cleaned every day. Cafe onsite. Plenty of nearby shops, activities and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood close to the port. Did not like the parking situation. We were given a parking permit but they only had 3 spots available and had the rest coned off. If you can’t offer the spots to paying guests, what’s the point?

I would have liked a room by the pool, but the area where my room was located was quiet. I absolutely do not like the parking situation. The hotel is located on one end of the block and the parking is very close to the other end of the same block. The parking area is secure, but non shaded and honestly, very inconvenient, especially if you forget something in your vehicle.
