Rooms were clean. Breakfast wasn't that great. You get 2 free drinks each night of your stay and they have complimentary popcorn in the lobby. The staff was friendly.

Flight delay. No help to recover any money paid to hotel. I was mislead by Expedia/Hotel.com that I was speaking directly with my hotel but that was not true. Never again will I be taken advantage of again. Signed: Rick Moore.

Good place for the price. Far from most things so the free shuttle to Old Town was very useful. Not a perfect score since the wifi never worked for us and we were doing a work-cation for some of our trip. Were told by the front desk that they were aware of the issue, "the wifi works on phones but not laptops" and we were welcome to come use the lobby wifi. No plans to fix it either apparently. Cell signal was also limited so hotspotting was less than ideal.

The hotel was overall a good choice, though it's a bit far from the city center. Thankfully, they offer a free shuttle, which made getting to the city center convenient. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, it was located next to an electrical room, so we heard equipment noise throughout the night, which affected our sleep.
Breakfast was decent but lacked variety, and the pool was nice, though it seemed like the water could have been cleaned more frequently. Despite these minor issues, it's still a solid option, especially with the shuttle service.

We’ve stayed here before and every time we’ve had an excellent time! The staff, the rooms and the property are all very nice! We also like that it’s away from Duval Street. Very convenient!

Hi the lobby is very nice !! The room service is great and fast we didn’t miss anything. The rooms are not well isolated and the air conditioning is extremely Loud the rollaway bed comfortable but squeaky . Also the sofa bed only fits one person . So we had to order the rollaway bed for 20$ a night because the king room doesn’t fit 4 people . The shuttle service is a nice plus . The breakfast area is very crowded their was long lines even to toast the bread they only had one toaster and they weren’t replenishing fast.

Beautiful property at a reasonable price. Loved the pool and the pool bar. Staff is so nice and polite. Close to downtown key west area.

The breakfast buffet ran out of food, was messy, had seating but the tables weren’t clean, and ran out of creamer, which they said they’d have the next day. Desk people were rude and not helpful. Surprise fees for each day which includes (not alcoholic), water (that you can get from the desk) and Pepsi products and nothing else we liked. Far away from Duval, has shuttle but times aren’t convenient. Don’t stay, not worth it!!!!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and convenient location.
A couple of not so good experiences …
- Pool is WAY too hot and not refreshing at all.
- Breakfast, although “free”, includes the absolute worst bacon, powdered eggs and oily patties/sausage I have ever had. Rather charge me for breakfast, but provide quality food with proper crockery and cutlery.
- Housekeeping did not “make” our room once before 17:00 during our entire stay. Not ideal at all.
- Five nights and housekeeping did not clean the floors in our bathroom and room once.

This reservation was for 2 rooms double room for 3 person's and king room 2 people. in my name. martin Nichols. My family members ended up arriving earlier me do to a funeral on my part. I called the Fairfield national number to advise them of this and gave the name of family member who be checking in. Rep. Jada said no problem and OK'd me arriving later that evening. My daughter arrived at 2:00 pm and asked to check in early. Front desk employee Alexander said no couldn't be done without an Email from me to him directly. I called and talked with front desk and gave verbal permission and he said no can't accept that it has to be an email all this while driving. The connectivity was poor in our area and couldn't get the Email to go through. Finally stopped at a fast food restaurant to use the Wi-Fi. And after all this the one continuing theme was that I was a third party reservation like it was a disease of some sort.

Overall it was a good stay, but we were moved to the gates because of an issue they couldnt disclose so it was a bit inconvineient. They also made a mistake with check out so it was also a bit annoying to be expected to come in the middle to figure out a mistake they made. It seemed like the place was recently renovated so it was new but you could tell that they dont really clean. The ammenities were good though and starkbucks is right next door! :)

Had to wait an hour and a half for my room to be ready. Not enough towels were provided and the pool was like a jacuzzi. Too hot for this hot weather in Florida. Other than that the location was great and parking was easy but spaces super tight. All in All ok stay.

The place is great they have complimentary laundry where you can wash your own clothes all you need is your soap. It’s at the beginning of key west they do offer a bus service to downtown key west. The breakfast is simple but good. The pool is nice the pool bar closes early before 8pm
