Check in was great. All employees were friendly and helpful. Doorman and receptionist were kind. Brianna took care of my check in

Clean and comfortable. Wish parking was better due to having surgery but all else was great. Check in was amazing as I had special accomodations that they completely followed. Will definitely stay here again!

This was once the greatest hotel in Oklahoma City. However, that has changed dramatically. For starters, they have one vending machine, and it was not working, so there was literally nothing to eat in the entire hotel.

We made reservations. Suite for two nights. We arrived and as soon as we walked into the room. The odor of mildew rushed our faces. We called front desk. No other suites available. So we got a downgrade for the night. They offered another suite for the second night but who wants to be moving rooms when it was inconvenient to start. So we were charged suite prices for a regular room.
Other than that. The bartender was great. The staff was nice and welcoming. I just wish we weren't inconvienanced with the mildew smell and being charged for an experience we didn't get the full advantage of having.

I was highly disappointed with our room, the room was musty and the a/c didn’t work, looked like carpet in the room and hallways were dirty, the front desk and area downstairs was nice, but that was it, I definitely don’t think it was worth the price

We decided to escape the brick town area and spend a night somewhere more quiet, we absolutely loved the quiet outdoor pool, very nice hidden gem for couples who want to relax and not be overrun by children playing (nothing wrong with children having fun, sometimes adults just wanna relax though) the bar/dining area was nice and we enjoyed chatting with other patrons, the drinks were fine and the food was “average” with a couple appetizers we ordered being great but both of our steaks were extremely small and very overdone especially considering the price, however for a quiet night away we would definitely consider coming back

The hotel is beautiful. The toilet was clogged in our bathroom upon arrival, and they sent someone out to fix it quickly. It clogged again in the a.m., and they gave us another room fairly quickly and were very courteous. It’s also I n a great location.

Could not adjust AC, no ice bucket, no body wash in shower dispenser, ice machine didn't work, shower curtain had mold on the bottom. Coffee bar only had two creamers for 4 cups of coffee. I expected better from such a quality hotel.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with a lovely little balcony. Gorgeous pool area and many spaces to sit and relax.
Embers Restaurant was great also. The service was impeccable, and the appetizers were phenomenal and fresh. The steaks could have used some marinade or seasoning, but the dessert tarts were fantastic!
Overall great experience, and the few small issues we ran into were handled quickly and graciously. I highly recommend choosing this hotel.

Found a bedbug in our bed right when we were going to sleep. The man who came to change our room told us they have “experience” with these issues. It was confirmed a bedbug. Would definitely not stay here again.

The hotel's' architecture is charming, the service and staff are extremely courteous and helpful and welcoming. I did not have time to use the pool or gym because of lack of time aat the hotel. I will deffinitely stay at this hotel if I have a need to return to Oklahoma City in the future.

The lobby and bar area at the property are both very nice and receptive. The rooms leave a lot to be desired for the current pricepoint. The deal breaker for my family was upon requesting another blanket for the room, going to sleep with the provided blanket only to wake up the next morning and realize it was completely overtaken with mold and mildew. My son has a very bad allergy to both of these and is now suffering from an allergic reaction. The property offered me Marriott points as a compensation, but that's not sufficient at this time. I've requested a refund for my stay but have not yet received a response.
