Used to be clean and nice. And my go to hotel when visitng Midland. The front desk lady knew myself and my family have booked there before. The room they put me in the annex as i asked for was completely discusting and unsafe. Its the only room they have not renovated alongside the other ones. Its like the front desk person saw i was younger and when i asked for the annex she put me in the party room. Its was a drug room. Metal shards and glass on the floor by the bed. Smelled like smoke, Not sweept dirt and dust everywhere. Damage everywhere! Not to mention the pool area, and lobby where the stairs are FILTHY!

The hotel is clean-ish, the rooms were decent (some mold in the bathrooms) but the hallways smell like smoke and cannabis. The pool is large, the breakfast was good. For an inexpensive stay, if you can overlook a few minor things, it’s a decent place.

The hotel has a great pool. The breakfast is surprisingly good with many different options and will differ day to day. My only problem was the room were given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I do not blame the hotel for this as some asshat decided to smoke in the room as I found empty cigarette package in a drawer. The hotel did offer us another room but it would have been far from our friends and the hotel was super busy that weekend.

Very well priced and the full hot breakfast was as good as I've ever had at a hotel (except for 1 in McLean Vi that had an omelette station). I don 't go to Midland often, but if I do in the future, I know where I will be staying.

The pool and sauna were very nice. Lots of places to sit and not feel over crowded. The room doors didnt lock properly so it didnt feel safe. The door to the parking lot also didnt lock consistently...i was able to walk in without using my room key. The bathroom shower drain was plugged so it was gross to shower standing in dirty water. The breakfast was also very basic and using wooden cutlery was horrible and made everything taste gross.

Good hotel for a short stay. We booked based on description of amenities, especially the pool and hot tub as this is something the kids were looking forward to. We thought pool area wasn’t very clean and ended up checking out earlier.

Overall, average hotel for families looking to stay near the Wasaga Beach -30min distance. Rooms could use a little freshening up. Pool area could be heated more and not have the AC vents right above it - made it chilly one night.
The best part was the continental breakfast which was not your average continental breakfast. It went beyond expectations.

Stayed for 3 nights when my daughter was having her tonsillectomy. The hotel is older but clean and the kids loved the pool area! The breakfast was perfect as well. Many options for every one! We will definitely stay again if we end up in Midland for anything else. We’ll definitely recommend to people, especially families with kids.
