the post for the hotel talks up the venue and food a lot. It was not close to the truth. the best thing about the hotel was the Starbucks in the lobby that opened very early and the front desk staff. the restaurant was a no go with limited menu and mediocre quality food. would not recommend to discerning travelers.

Booked this hotel as it is near the airport. Amenities are great. The footpath outside the hotel & the views are stunning. Check in was a breeze. Used the shuttle to the airport, efficient & quick. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff were great.
Only concern was that we arrived early so they said the room was not ready yet, but did offer us early check-in for extra $40 plus $4.80 fee. How can you not have our room ready but you do if we pay extra.

Overrated and expensive. I took got the room with a view but the windows are so nasty that we couldn’t see or take photos. That was whole point of having a room with a view. We had to pay for parking inside the property. This was not mentioned during the reservation.

Travel plans changed, I arrived earlier and my room was ready! I breezed through check in. Staff is superstar level: warm, helpful but not intrusive. Top floor room had a fantastic view, the walk way by the water so peaceful. Worth every penny and priced considerably BETTER than some of the others close by.

Booked a king suite, so that our kids could sleep on sofa bed. Sofa bed was not made up when we checked in at 11pm, not great. 30 mins later, guy turned up to make up the bed. It was the worst bed I’ve ever seen, could literally feel the individual metal springs on your back and it was dirty. Shocking. We got moved to another room after I complained

Very nice location waterfront and airport. Very convenient and good for the beach walk. The shuttle from hotel to the airport made it perfect place to stay overnight for early morning flight. Has a nice restaurant on site too. The room with ocean view made it perfect to see planes coming and leaving the airport.

San Francisco Airport Marriot Hotel has a very nice location close to airport and with waterfront view. Room is clean, all staff courteous.
However, the two queen beds we have in our room was not comfortable. The mattress sagged and it’s hard to sleep. The pillows were flat and the pillow cases doesn’t look tidy and white.
I did not have a comfortable sleep with the bed mattress.

Nice hotel near the airport. Conditions and amenities appropriate for price. Disappointment that paid additional for bay view room and were on side of building where the bay could only be viewed from angle standing at the window. The photo on the website showed a direct view of the bay.

I really like this property. A shout out to the cleaning staff as when you walk in the lobby it smells clean. The rooms are clean and the view out the back is a great place to take a walk and watch the planes land. Yes, planes but I didn't hear them, so they weren't a problem. And there are lots of great places to eat in the area. I wish they had a better room service menu but that seems the norm with hotels. But there is a small store and a restaurant on site. Great price, clean, and a nice place to stay.

Love the location especially we have to catch an early flight. Shuttle is available and timely. This is the first time we have some issues in the room we had. Maybe the wall is too thin we can hear neighbor’s TV running for a long time. Safe is not working and TV is not working until someone came to fix it.
