Westward Inn is an incredible place to stay. Though it's style is of an older version of a motel (outside access), it is extremely updated both inside and outside. The staff is amazing, the interior fresh and comfortable, and the price is a bargain that can't be beat.

The hotel was nicely centered between the places we wanted to see in the redwoods and people there were very nice. I would recommend this hotel for people who want to explore the area.

Nice place, quiet and relaxing. Only there for one night but it was just what we needed after sightseeing in the Redwoods all day.

The sheets on both beds were stained in a way that I was not sure if they had been washed or soiled after washing. The walls were so thin the snoring from the next room woke me up in the middle of the night.

Overall, Westward Inn is a good place to stay while visiting Redwood National and State Park. Check-in was good as I was greeted. Although the location is on the highway, there was no noticeable noise. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure for shower was excellent. My complaints are the ice maker wasn't working and the white towels were dingy.

My stay was fine, but the property really needs some updating. The moulding around the door had chunks missing, bathroom was hopefully just old and not dirty. There was a bottle of cleaner sitting on the tv stand when I got in. And my room was at the very back next to the dumpsters. Not really a pleasant stay. But the front desk person was so super nice and helpful. I think if they just update the rooms, it would be a great place!

Front desk was great. That is where the good review ends. The fact that there was some sort of pasta sauce all over the ice bucket and wall behind it plus smeared on the bathroom door made me doubt the cleanliness of the whole room. I was grossed out the whole night. They were sold out so changi g rooms was not an option.

Unfortunately we got there late after a long drive. Crescent City is a cool town but had no time to walk around it. The room was clean and had nice beds.

I don't trust the bed. I was itching all night. This motel is overpriced and doesn't even offer breakfast. Check-out time is too early (11).

As expected for price range. Convenient for those passing through the area.

The staff were very nice and the bed was super comfortable. But that was it. The picture of the motel was a bait and switch kind of deal. Looked much better online than in person. The toilet felt like it was going to come right off of the things it was attached to, the coffee maker had to be plugged in on the ground, just inconvenient stuff to be dealing with when traveling.

We stayed for 1 night. It was a basic room with 2 queen beds, coffee maker, and fridge. Parking was a plus. We drove a big pickup truck. So it was important to have an easy, access parking spot. Short drive to the jetty, lighthouse, and restaurants.

This is my go-to spot to stay near the redwoods. Always a great price for a clean comfortable place to stay.

Although check-in was a breeze and the room was comfortable and clean, the hairdryer I counted on did not work. I tried to let them know in the office at check-out but no one came out. Otherwise the room was very satisfactory.

Very pleased, very happy with the price. Checking in was easy and she even upgraded me from a queen size bed to a king size bed. Can’t complain.

Basic motel with no pool or outdoor seating anywhere, but overall, a good stay. For the money and location for what we needed, this suited that. The beds were comfy and room was clean.

This was a transit stop. Room was noisy - traffic and aircon. Rooms are big, beds are relatively comfortable. Shower is outdated.
