The staff were all very polite, accommodating, very pleasant and courteous. The room was quite comfortable, and breakfast had a nice, varied selection of favorites.

Could see light all around the front door.
Plumbing was sub par….no water pressure.

Office staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the mornings was very good with lots of options. The rooms need some updating, air conditioner didn’t work, WiFi wasn’t good.

No wifi connection in room. Had to go to the front desk area. Nice pool and breakfast. Staff were excellent.

My husband and I spent the weekend at the Best Western. The staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub was very clean. We will be staying there again in the future.

We came in for the weekend to attend the Sawyer Brown concert at the fair and stayed the weekend. The hotel staff were always pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast had good choices for even those on a strict diet. The only dislikes were the outside entrance to the rooms and the bed was not comfortable. Other than that we had a great stay.

The outside pool was an unexpected surprise, it was awesome and a nice setup. Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts in terms of options and everys staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. New favorite Grants Pass hotel

Liked it, I think staff are great!!! Building is a little dated, but they are so good that I enjoyed the experience even if temperature outside was 100 degrees😜.

Outside was very clean, smaller pool but we managed:). The guy at the front desk was so friendly and respectful and made jokes! Many options for breakfast but small space! They do offer to go boxes which was nice! FYI there is a hallway to the other side of the hotel (located in the middle) you won’t see a sign being at the end. They provide very small shampoo and conditioners so if you are traveling with more than one head of hair for more than a day, bring some!

We found hundreds of ants in our room after returning from dinner. They were the smelly kind & were found on the TV cabinet & in the bathroom as well. Perhaps you should spray around the outside of the hotel. We were in room 123 - ground floor & corner room.

This was a one night stay as part of a longer trip. We arrived late and our room was waiting for us. The room was spacious and clean. The mattress was soft. Anyone who has back issues might consider this. The WiFi was strong. The TV did not work which was reported to maintenance. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Plenty of hot choices along with a waffle iron, cereal and bread items. Attendant Joy did an excellent job.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, all of the staff were super helpful and very kind! Breakfast was great! The only downside is that the freeway noise was very loud.
