Amazing stay for New Year's weekend!

We have stayed in Hyatt many times before and find the service to be excellent and the rooms comfortable. However, this time there was a problem with using the pool. Families with children would completely takeover – jumping, diving, splashing, and screaming despite the signs clearly displayed and advising against it. The stuff would shrug their shoulders saying that they tell them but to no avail. We understand that it must be very difficult (and not advisable) to manage other peoples’ children. But you could manage the pool by introducing specific times for families only, line swimming or open to all. In other words, by managing the pool you manage its users – not the other way around!

Unproffesional and rude staff. You can hear everything of next room. Breakfast is average. Location is not good for from center. Only the name of Hyatt nothing more.

Property is nice, friendly staff, parking is way overpriced. Even self park is 20 euro per day.

I stayed at Hyatt for about 5 days to attend a local wedding. Great hospitality and service. Clean and friendly environment. Nikola and all the staff at Hyatt were great and very friendly people--always ready to assist you and make your time, as a guest, enjoyable as possible at Hyatt. The food was great for me. Great transportation service and on time! I have no complaints! Overall, I enjoyed my time and was always happy at Hyatt. Being in Belgrade for the first time, it was a great memorable experience and Hyatt was part of the reason why. I will miss my time in Belgrade and, if I would return, I would stay at Hyatt again without any hesitation. )

Everything was exceptional, great customer service.

Bedroom was ok. But the third bed was short for a 15 years old tall boy. Breakfast was not for 5 star hotel. Cupboard and bathroom tap didn't work property. Staff was good and helpful. Area with parks and mall near hotel.

I'm annoyed by sneaky hotel fees and charges I DIDN'T KNOW about. This hotel did NOT display parking charges during the booking process. I shouldn't have to waste time digging through the hotel website to figure out the fees. IT SHOULD BE PRESENTED TO CLIENTS DURING THE RESERVATION PROCESS so that we can calculate and decide what we can afford according to our budget. I was charged a parking fee of about $30 per day, even though I parked myself each time. If I had known that, I would have used taxi services and not rented a car, or I would have definitely chosen another place to stay. Because if you stay a few nights, these costs can add up quickly!

The hotel is a 5 star, so we expect top service. Very nice spa, gym and pool, nice room service and reception and good breakfast. Unfortunately had a king bed with 2 single mattress instead of a big one, out of which one was bumpy and not stable. I told to the guest desk but they did not change it. Also the restaurant has poor vegetarian options.

Wasting to much time when first check in. Afterwards it is ok!

All excellent but pool was closed

My husband and I both got food poisoning from eating the salmon. Worst club lounge I have experienced anywhere, rude service from Katarina.I asked to take a bottle of coke to our room for my 90 year old husband who was so sick from eating the salmon canapés from the lounge that he could not lift his head off the pillow and she said I would have to pay for it because all food had to be consumed in the lounge. I got very sick the next day after having the salmon at the breakfast buffet . We went there to celebrate our 50 th anniversary when checking in I mentioned this to the person checking us in and she seemed very disengaged, no happy anniversary or best wishes.I found everyone just putting on a fake show not really caring.We we’re both very I’ll and had to keep answering the door for inspection of the mini bar, I had told the person we were ill but he kept coming back 2 times a day , if it wasn’t him it was the house keeper to check the room to see if it was cleaned .I kept telling them to please don’t bother us but they still kept knocking or just opening the door. when I couldn’t answer when I was wrenching in the bathroom.The food was apsolutley appalling in the club lounge .

situated a little decentral, but cab fare was affordable to get into the city. Short walk takes you past a large shopping mall into a nice park and down to the river. Hotel was crowded with security due to a state representative staying at the same time. Sauna and Pool open early and are not crowded, which was great. Excellent food, but pricy.

Absolutely amazing The best in entire Belgrade

Hyatt Regency is great and luxurious property with excellent service. My room was always clean because of the wonderful stuff. Pool and jacuzzi are very nice in beautiful environment. Location is good close to shopping centar and downtown. I would like to return soon.

Family stay before long intercontinental flight - I am sure we had a good travel experience because we were able to rest and relax before the flight. Hotel is 30+ years old but very well maintained and updated. Rooms are unusually large, mattresses new and comfortable, bed sheets crisp and immaculate. Bathrooms are spacious, including tub and nice walk in shower. We had enjoyed an excellent dinner including some local foods and excellent local wine, and have relaxed afterwords at the pool & spa (very nice). Service is what you would expect at Hyatt Regency - and more. Everyone was very welcoming and forthcoming to ensure we had a great stay. We received adjoining rooms as we have asked for, and our early morning luggage help was punctual to the minute. I and my family will be back to Hyatt Regency Belgrade for sure.

Run-down property… badly in need of renovation… very poor hygiene and cleanliness… terrible room service

We stay here each time we visit Belgrade, it is a clean friendly hotel. The only issue we had this time was the room was smaller than we were used to, possibly because they are renovating several floors.

Such a nice place, covered from each angle with great staff that provided high level service, esp. would thank the breakfast team, their energy was impressive…also they were making soooo good cappuccino (: (:

I never got my invoice for the stay, they were supposed to send it to my email and they never did.

A wonderful hotel in a great location, accessible to all. Irena in reception was very welcoming and gave an upgrade to a spectacular room. Club lounge had a young lady that served small menu and drinks and she was extremely polite and approachable. Her customer service was exceptional.

Very old hotel. Stuff talked with us like we are stupid people. We leave after 1 day to Hilton for our next 5 days. Same price better hotel better location.

Super convenient location, close to everything, extremely nice staff everywhere (from the walk in to the check out moment), plenty of amenities, great housekeeping service
