Absolutely beautiful! The room was pristine, so many amenities for quests to enjoy, and every member of the staff was amazing! Friendly, courteous, helpful and always greeted us with a smile and hello!

First off i had no idea when i reserved our room that there was an additional parking fee of $50. Plus the resort fee. And a$200 hold charge for an over night visit. Then the lady at the desk talked so fast you couldn't understand her. We went to our room it was small but very nice with kitchen. When we showered there was long black hair on the towels and in the bath tub. Other than that the place was good. It looks like it may be getting an update on paint. If you have back issues the bed was very hard. That's something i would have liked to know when we reserved our room. Not very comfortable. We stayed we slept we left.

Great location in that it is walkable to everything on Main St. The hot tubs were really nice. Only issue was the room was a little warm and the thermostat didn’t really adjust. Luckily it was cool outside and we were able to open the window.

Great location, love how you can walk to shopping and food. Carpet in room is looking pretty worn. My only complaint is the bed is very uncomfortable!!! You need to update your mattresses.
Property amenities are great.
I would stay again if you got better beds as 2 nights of tossing and turning wasn’t fun.

Stayed in Breck many times, but this was our first stay at The Village. Our room was in the Peak 9 inn, and it reminded me more of a hotel room instead of a condo. Clean, but needed updating. We used the amenities and really enjoyed the hot tubs and pool, very fanily friendly hotel.

The potable electric fan was extremely noisy. The room was stuffy so we turned on the potable fan which was so extremely noisy that we could not sleep with it on. The pillows on the bed were cheap and extremely uncomfortable.

The location is great! It is right in the heart near Main Street. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet! We were in the main building so getting to the pool and hot tubs was very easy and those amenities were very well kept. Highly recommend staying here!

Sonia at the front desk ABSOLUTELY MADE OUR STAY! She was so cheerful, helpful and kind. She alone is the reason I gave an “excellent” rating.
Housekeeping rates and parking rates were pretty ridiculous especially when the room rate was quite high.

Great 1 bedroom condo perfect for me and Mom. Nice river and Mountain View. Walk everywhere or take bus and trolley. Staff was wonderful and friendly.

Doors are dinged up everywhere. There’s no ac and unfortunately my room was above the pool area so it was super hot and not easy to cool down the room. The tvs are pretty small and kind of outdated. The closet doors were falling off the tracks. The sheets had stains. The bathroom fan I’m pretty sure doesnt vent to outside. There were several blinds broken.

No AC. Had a swamp cooler that didn’t work great. Left me and my wife tossing and turning all night because it was so hot and uncomfortable.

Great location with walking distance to all restaurants on Main Street Breckenridge. Studio condo we stayed in was remodeled and made the stay relaxing and comfortable. The parking garage was easily accessed from the lobby. The staff was very responsive. I highly recommend staying at this resort.

I booked a 1 bedroom with a pull out couch bed. When daughter & friend began the process of making the bed, there was a taped note to the pullout stating "not in service". Front desk asked why I didn't call for a roll away. I PAID for at least 3 beds and I was sleeping at 1:30am when we discovered the note. I did get a partial refund after complaining although not for the cost of the larger room

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and cozy. My only complaint is that the bed was a little uncomfortable.

The condo was great and right in the middle of the action. I appreciated how clean the kitchenette was and the beautiful views. I just wish the bed was softer.

The property and buildings are a neat set-up, but free parking is a long ways away and not easy to find. We arrived 3 minutes after they closed the first night, after calling and saying we might be a few minutes late, but were directed to an alternate check-in location. Their was an art festival occurring, which was fun to walk around. The bus picks you up at the front of the property and will take you pretty much anywhere around town.

Loved it, would recommend and I will go back. Beautiful view, clean and the kitchen and fireplace and outdoor patio was a bonus. Plus the separation of having an actual bedroom..
