Check in was a nightmare they tried to give me one room with “two rooms in it” instead of two separate rooms I had paid for and I said I was mistaken when in reality I had in fact paid for two separate rooms and we ended up forking out a whole room fee to get another room so we paid for three rooms only to get two I’m very disappointed

Great and big rooms. When you walk in the energy it's heat. The inside courtyard is beautiful. Plenty of free parking and surrounded by everything

Horrible…. We had to be moved twice due to roaches in the rooms. The decor is very outdated, bed were not comfortable, the ac made noise all night and the curtains were dirty.

The rooms were nice except for the carpet was worn. The bed was very comfortable. They were doing construction on 2 floors but wasn't loud.

For personal reasons I would stay there again. The rooms themselves are adequate but if you order door dash be prepared to go to the lobby for it every time. Also the TV in the room didn't work. Just was ready to leave and go back to comfort suites.

The hotel was clean but In the process doing some renovations. The staff was friendly.
However my room was close to the train tracks and the main road. Both were very noisy and I barely got any rest.

People were smoking in the outside and pool didn’t like that at all. Security needs to make sure that doesn’t happen.

The hotel was doing construction which is the first thing you noticed when entering. I was given room 805. The bathroom still had hair on the shower wall from the previous renters who stayed, which makes you wonder if your room is really clean at all .The balcony door was off track which was a big problem since my friend and I were constantly going on the balcony to enjoy the view. The balcony door made so much noise when opening and closing to the point I know it disturbed the other guest nearby. Not to mentioned the shooting that took place 5:00 in the morning nearby which left us with a view of only police cars and lights for most of my Saturday.

I enjoyed my stay other than the construction noise that was taking place for the first night it was unbearable. The property is beautiful! I did not have the time to enjoy the amenities of the hotel, but I definitely will the next time I stay there.

The hotel staff was very accomodating and helpful. However, there were a few things in my room that needed maintenance. Not only that, but it took over 30 minutes for me to receive the breakfast that I ordered which quite honestly was a very simple breakfast. When I discussed my issues with the respective staff, they were apologetic and receptive to the resolution of my issues. Thus, my issues were resolved in a timely manner.

their establishment is beautiful with greenery everywhere and their restaurant is beautiful and serve delicious food. I loved that the bar has happy hour each day on drinks and small plates from 2 to 6pm. The pool area is very nice but can use new lounge cushions. the staff are all very nice. Had a great time.

Location was easy to get to, rooms were very comfortable and clean. Only thing that could have been better was the food. I would have liked a solid bathroom door instead of barn door style. This being said I would definitely stay here again. Staff was great, drinks were good.
