We had a 1BR condo. It was very clean though there was a few maintenace issues that should be taken care of. The balcony fan and outside light did not work as well as half of one outlet.f Overall the facility was very nice. I had my birthday at the Tavern and Town restaurant and they gave me a choice of any entree for free. This is by far the most generous birthday offer I have ever recieved. I had the lobster tail and it was excellent. Our check in was average...the guy checking us in could have been a little more helpful and provided more info without prompting him. However half way through our stay my mother had a foot problem and the front desk was vey helpful providing us with a wheelchair. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

The pool was warm and huge, the hot tub great.
Room furnishings were a little dinged up and we had no maid service in 3 days.
The price was good and the shuttle downtown was super convenient!

Nice, clean, well appointed suite. We were on the 3rd floor so we had a spiral staircase to the roof - nice views, star gazing and sunsets.
Location great for biking to Duval Street but they also had hourly shuttle. Nice little beach, which is rare nearer Duval. Pool bar and restaurant on site. First place I have ever seen a horse at the pool bar - mounted cop having lunch. Staff courteous and helpful. We live near Ft Lauderdale so we visit Key West at least once a year, we will stay here again.

The lady who checked us in went above and beyond to accommodate our trailers. Everyone was friendly. The property was very safe and the shuttle was very convenient. We forgot clothing in the room and was able to call the front desk and have them ship it to us. We will definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to others.

Very good choice, accommodations were great. A few small things - - no Kleenex in the room, our door didn't lock (only deadbolt worked), the restaraunt and pool side service do NOT allow items to be charged to the room (separate entities) - a tad annoying. Oh, and no housekeeping (unless you really need something they can accommodate).
Otherwise, a quality hotel and worth the value we paid. Would stay again.

We booked the Single King and upon arrival were surprised that it was part of another room combination with a shared entrance door. So it wasn't exactly what we were expecting, and was weird to hear the other guests come and go thru the shared space.
The room itself was nicely updated and clean! The grounds were clean and to be expected for one of the more budget friendly hotels on the island.
Would I stay again - no, but it worked for our past visit as we were not at the property at all other than to sleep.

We booked this on short notice for our 29th anniversary. It had a 4pm check in and a 10am check out. We asked if they could let us check in early and check out late for our anniversary which they did both. This was highly appreciated and everything about our stay was awesome. Pool was warm, room was great, stairs down to the beach from room was the icing on the cake. Thanks for making our day special

Nice large room, better than expected. A few minor maintenance things but on the off chance I was back in KW would stay there for sure. The shuttle service was great and always on time. Very informative drivers both John and (sorry) the other guy. It’s not in the “heart “ of the island but the shuttle takes care of that

We had a terrible experience with staff. The guy did not want to tell his name, but he was working at night on October 21-22. Our key wasn’t working, we went to the front desk three times. We had the bartender looking for the guy that was supposed to be working in the front desk. The guy was very rude and unapologetic with the whole situation. The locker run out of the battery and we had to wait more than 1 hour outside for them to open the door for us. No apologies given. Guy said that if we are unsatisfied we could leave the hotel and look for another property at midnight.

I stayed here my second night in the keys. I am SO GLAD I found this resort for future use. I stayed at Havana Cabana first night but it did not have beach access! I can’t believe how there’s barely any beaches down here. This resort does have its own private access to the beach. It also has a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. I was able to check in early without any issues. The rooms are so cute. Literally my husband and I were the ONLY people on the beach! Loved it!

Very easy access for people from outside (not hotel guests ) were coming to the pool area and beach . This hotel used to be much cleaner and safer years ago . Also the lady who check in us wasn’t nice .

Beachside Resort provided great customer service, seamless check in and checkout and such a wonderful stay! Contact was done via email and their response time was almost immediate. Mom and Dad were here (Key West) 47 years ago and wanted to stay somewhere where they have access to the beach and didn’t want to feel “boxed in”, like most of all hotels. Beachside provided what they were looking for and more. They made their last trip to the Keys a joyful and memorable one!

The property was very nice and we are pleased with our choice for staying here. Our suite was more than we expected! It was big and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean, with the exception of the jets in the tub which spit out some debris, so I would suggest running them before getting in. The staff was exceptional with outstanding customer service! Definitely would stay here again!!

Had a few issues with one of the showers in our very expensive suite not working properly. As I am a plumber, I understand that some of that can be quite extensive of a repair. We did report that to Staff by the way. At least we had two more showers. Not sure if we were supposed to get room service or not in regards to the suite being kept up on a daily basis, which it was not. So they randomly put a bag of towels and toilet paper outside of our room door. I would have thought for the price that we paid, we would have had a more inclusive experience. All the guests sort of felt abandoned daily. And also as we had a three-bedroom suite on a top floor, garbage tended to build up, which also was not attended to.

Fantastic stay! I really like the new ownership group and it’s actually stepped it up a level. Most at ownership group employees are local and as a result know or have a ton of experience on where to go in KW to brighten your stay and they haven been extremely transparent and that’s huge! From Mackenzie to Daniella and front desk crew it’s been top notch! Thank you!

This was a very nice resort and the staff with excellent. I was very disappointed when we got there. I thought we had a king size bed with a full sofa with an ocean view.. We walked in. It was a Small room with the king size bed, and a bathroom no ocean view.
