Just a weekend trip. The gentlemen at the front desk were courteous and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Price was a little higher than I expected.

The staff was very pleasant and very helpful..alot of sketchy people hanging out at night. Rooms were clean. The chairs in the room not so comfortable.

This motel has the coldest A/C in the area, and since the remodel, the rooms are absolutely worth every penny.

Was ok, not close to as nice as pictures show. Clean and fit the bill for last minute place to get some sleep. No elevator and no first floor rooms available. Wish sites would display limited accessability i.e. multiple floors no elevator so can make appropriate choices when choosing hotel as have mobility issues.

This is an old property undergoing renovation. Room featured new furniture and floor coverings, but it does not feature some basic amenities like shampoo and room coffee machine. The shower was insufficiently cleaned (hair in the tub).

good stay for me and my friends. Big and clean room. Good value for the money, recommended.

This stay was just a stop over for the night on my way home from a business conference. The room was nicely updated with a small fridge and a microwave. The hotel was an older building, however it did seem to be well maintained for what it is. The only issue I had with the hotel is that the mattress was an old spring mattress that was not very comfortable. The AC worked perfectly though and the pillows were nice. Overall for the price it was everything thing I needed and nicely done.

The room was clean and obviously updated in a contemporary design. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying in The Dalles, OR.

The hotel itself was just alright. We checked in 2 hours after check-in time and our room was not ready but they were able to source us another one.

Front guy was not so friendly checking in. The rooms were nice and cold, which was nice and the pool felt amazing after a hot day.

Please get comfortable beds

Look, it’s a typical motel 6 so don’t go into this thinking fancy because it’s not. But there is a surprise if you stay at this particular motel 6….. the manger is nothing less than an angel. She is extremely kind and recommended this place based on her alone.

The place is disgusting. The toilet bowl was so dirty it looked like a toilet bowl at a gas station with brown stains. The tub was filthy. The beds are rock hard! I could not get any sleep. This place is a nightmare. The staff member on duty was not welcoming. We had to do laundry and went to ask for change for machines but he told us “I do not have change here. You can go to the laundry mat on the highway and come back to do laundry” We did our laundry at laundromat instead. There was no benefit in staying at this place. Complete nightmare. Next day we found another place at cheaper rate which was clean and comfortable and stayed for the next few days. This was the first and last time we will book at a motel 6. I would have slept better out of my car. This place gets NO STARS! Warning for everyone, “Do not waste your money here!” I would not be surprised if beds are not even changed!

All good except for people sitting in the hallway outside our room talking on cell phones. They weren't bothering anyone, but it is not what one expects when you enter or exit your room. Perhaps they should be encouraged to use the lobby for that purpose.

Good for the price. Looked somewhat worn down on the outaide but was clean and comfy on the inside.

Building and pool common areas are very run down and in need of some fixing up. Pool itself was decent, rooms were updated and had tasteful decor and comfy, clean beds. Bathrooms were small an outdated. Was fine for a one night stop over.
