beautiful resort with swimming pools, nice garden, easy to get into Huntington Library, Cal Tech, etc. Valet Parking staff is helpful, friendly. Enjoyed our stay, will come back again.

Great place. Costs something but totally worth it.

I had high hopes for the Langham since I’d been there 6 months earlier and it was beautiful. Check- in was good and they upgraded our room but then it was downhill from there. The new pool was super crowded and not nearly enough people working. No towels & dirty towels overflowing. It took so long to get drinks, like over 30 minutes, and my frozee was melted by the time I got it. Our bedroom door didn’t lock but they did have someone fix it while we were at dinner. No conditioner in the container and instead filled with watered down shampoo - not cool. There’s only one place for breakfast and it was nearly an hour wait. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Then at checkout there was only 1 person working and like 10 people in line. It took nearly another 20 minutes to get our car. Truthfully, it was pretty disappointing especially since it wasn’t cheap. They need to do a much better job with service, have more people working and figure out how to provide another option for breakfast.

We stay at the Langham because we loved this place, we have visited many of their locations and always had a great experience, but not this time, when we arrived at 12:00PM the line to check in was so long and there was only 2 people manning the front desk, so we decided that since we were early we would go grab a quick bite and walk around downtown Pasadena. we came back around 2:30 and the line was still super long but now there were 3 people working, so we waited and they said our room was not ready, so we decided to walk around the property looking for a bar or restaurant that we could grab a drink while we waited, all the bars and restaurants were closed except for the pool bar, which was full and had a long line as well. The pool was completely at capacity and there was really nowhere in the resort where you would just sit down and relax to wait for your room. at 3:30 I went to check if our room was ready and they said no, but the manager said that the only room available was on the third floor of the building where the elevator was not working we were only staying for 1 night so we took the room, he also offer a 100.00 credit for breakfast, the room assigned was so old, Toilet sit cover broken, the bathroom counter tops where stained, and the construction trailer was right behind us they started working at 7AM and we couldn't even open our curtains because there were so many man working right outside our window. (I have pictures) Very Disappointing.

No shopping or convenient store onsite

Everything was great, except the pool was way too crowded. Took us over two hours to get our food. Seemed like the property wasn’t ready for the Fourth of July rush. But the Langham is lovely and regardless would stay again.

It felt like I was staying in Europe - very classy and elegant. Every staff member was polite and helpful.

The Langham is the only hotel I stay in when I visit Pasadena

The hotel still has the best service. It’s dated and can use some improvements. However the grounds are incredibly beautiful and the views are breathtaking

Perfect for a one night stay near downtown Los Angeles/Keck Medical Center. Everyone at this hotel was great! Cheerful front desk staff, upgraded room, pool staff helpful and fun, valets prompt, room was clean and had everything we needed including robes, large bath, very comfy bed/linens, beautiful view.

Everything is impeccable: from room cleanliness, hospitality and smiling faces, made the stay at the langham a truly memorable one !

Arrived early to check in as I had requested but I was physically unable to get into my room as someone had latched the inside door. After dragging my luggage back to the front desk I was told there were no more rooms available early. I had to check my luggage and after I arrived back after midnight I had to check in. And the fire alarm had been going off a few times during the night. It’s the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars.

We had a good stay, but the Terrace restaurant seemed short-staffed whilst the valet parking was abundantly staffed!

Family friendly I hace two toddlers under three and they enjoyed the pool, amenities, lunch and dinner

The common area and grounds are gorgeous. The Tap Room was the only restaurant we visited which was expensive but nice. The rooms are pretty dated. It’s not luxury but clean. They basically feel like you’re staying in a guest room in a house or a B & B. If that’s your jam, it’s great but not what I think of when thinking of luxury. The bed even squeaked. We stayed on the Club Level and the breakfast was great. Housekeeping does not automatically come which we didn’t know and did not have our room serviced the first night. We had to request clean towels. The second day I requested service and it was done and clean. It was just ok.

We had the most unique and pleasant time at Langham Huntington. It was a truly luxury experience for us, and we highly recommend anyone going. We definitely plan on splurging and experiencing a Langham property more often.

Beautiful property with amazing walks in nearby residential neighborhood. Staff warm and friendly!

The property was great! Hotel lobby staff and admin were great! Dining staff was a bit rude. Forgot to enter in a few items and had quite a wait for my toddlers food to arrive, valet took over 20 mins both in line arriving and when they had to get my car. I actually walked up to my car and then they brought out my keys— I was taken care of so it’s okay but that was unfortunate to deal with. There were kids jumping in the jacuzzi with chicken tenders in their hands lol maybe that is more of a parenting complaint rather than a hotel complaint but I’m just sharing my experience. Will absolutely return back as it is a staycation for me! Hoping for a much better experience :)

Amazing friendly staff. Beautiful property with great amenities. Good value for the cost which is becoming rare as hotel prices have skyrocketed recently.

This is our second time staying in this amazing hotel. Everything is top tier. Love how helpful and friendly every employee we encounter is. Definitely will be returning.

My husband and I love staying at the Langham. It’s always so clean and well put together and the staff are helpful and friendly. I’m looking forward to staying there again after all the renovations and new pool are done.

Room is old and stale

It’s really one of the best hotels we stayed in LA, excellent service, great breakfast, beautiful grounds.

Attentive Staff. Lovely grounds. It’s a little slice of heaven!
