Very friendly and honest staff. Left a phone there and Bryant found it for us and held it until we came back through. Such a blessing. Hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great spot.

Great location to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was great. Cleanliness of our room was average. Not as spotless as we would like. Staff is friendly and professional.

Room much smaller than depicted on web site. Hotel needs significant updating no matter how old it it. "Free" breakfast was very lackluster.

Pros: Friendly staff, good central location for our needs and conveniently located right off of I-75.
Cons: ice maker wasn’t working but you could get ice from the front desk. No in room microwave in regular rooms—have to go out to the dining area for microwave usage.

This is a 1980’s Motel 6 with a Fairfield name on it! The bed was split in half with foam coming out of the side, no USB or charging ports around the bed or at the work station. The sink area when you walk in was modern and nice, but the 80’s tile and almond shower panels told the truth. The minority group that owns this one knows how to make it look good without actually spending the money! I hope Marriott sends a representative to room 305 this week to confirm that this is NOT to Marriott standards.

Staff was very friendly but that was the only redeeming thing about this property. I think Marriott has forgotten about it because everything was rundown. The mattress was like sleeping on springs, the food was nasty and the breakfast area was so small and cramped. Our sink did not drain properly in the bathroom of our room and it smelled musty. Over all will not be staying there again when returning to the area.

Booked a double for a soccer tournament weekend, it was total of 4 of us. Upon arrival they were sold out and were able to accommodate in a room with a king size bed with a small couch. Requested to please accommodate us in a double or to refund our money. The room they gave me was not comfortable for 2 adults and 2 tall teenagers. Finally the front desk girl said they would refund me if I checked out by 11am the next day. 2wks later I follow up on my refund and they refused, changed the whole story to something else and gave me a $30 credit. Also, change your fitted sheets, they’re so small they will not stay in place, we had to ask for flat sheets and tuck them under the mattress. Very disappointing

We were booked for a King but there were none when we got there. We were told to contact Expedia for false advertising. The double beds, were uncomfortable and small there was no ventilation in the bathroom shower, the floor moulding showed signs of wet areas and paint had peeled off. The front desk girl was nice though.

The Hotel was nice, but the 2-Double Beds were a mistake for three people, hardly slept after a long day driving, these beds are for one person only no matter how skinny you are.

This was just an overnight stay. The staff at the front was extremely friendly and very welcoming. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint was the bed. It appeared to be leaning down at the head of the bed. When I went to bed, the center where my back was seemed to be sunk in. I literally had to sleep long ways across the bed next to the headboard in order to sleep. I doubt that I would have been able to move the next day if I had to sleep the other way.
But, truly, everything else was fine.
