Room was adequate. Breakfast is nothing great. Bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit. Pool is very cold. Hot tub has bubbles but i wouldnt day jets.

Rooms need a lot of work. Sink bowl broken, windows leaked and had a draft. Curtains wouldn’t close so bright street light outside shown through. Carpet stained and needs replaced.

Was told he didnt want to rent me a room, even after i told him i reserved the room prior. Would actually want a refund of both rooms i had paid for.

I guess you get what you pay for. The lock on the bar was broke and hanging on by a screw.

The hot tub was warm and disgusting. Gross atuff floating everywhere. Brekfast ends at 9 and you better be there by 8:30 or they already start cleaning it. Beds were comfortable and thats it. Rooms smelt musty. Windows had no acreens and didnt lock. We were on second floor. No one was ever at desk and sometikes had to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to show up at desk. Wouls never stay there again. Its way under code dor many things.

The first thing i noticed was the check in counter. It was so dirty i didn't even want to sign any papers. Then we get to our room. The couch in the room was of a synthetic leather and was so dirty, you could tell hundreds of people had used it for who knows what. Then we took off our shoes and the floor was wet. Not sure where the moisture was coming from but it was awful. We walked around in our shoes until we climbed into bed. Next, we turned on the air and it sounded like a plastic bag was stuck in the air conditioner rattling around all night. We went to plug in our cell phone and the outlet in the bathroom didn't work, so come morning we couldn't blow dry our hair or use a curling iron to get ready. I haven't had this bad of a room since 1996 when i got stranded in Las Vegas and was dropped off at a hotel next to the repair shop that rented rooms by the hour.
The only thing positive about our stay was that there were no bed bugs when i checked the mattress and the pillows were nice.
Absolutely horrible!! I would not recommend this hotel. It is no longer Ramada owned and is a private owner which obviously let the hotel go to helll.

This property needs some serious upgrading. Walls were painted sloppily, paint on floors furniture and even window coverings. Furniture in room from tag sales no place to sir in room, they brought us a desk chair. Kitchen area left a lot to ve desired also.

It was dirty. There were sticky spots on the carpet in our room & we just arrived. There was a dead cricket in the corner. You couldn’t plug in the refrigerator & microwave at the same time. It was gross & disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel & am not sure about other hotel chains with the same name.
The only thing we did like as there were 3 queen beds for our family to stay in.

This property was disgusting. Hallway smelled terrible, in the room there was mildew/mold all in the shower and fixtures, looked like a 2 yr old painted (light switches painted over, outlets not working).
For $180 you expect a heck if a LOT more than this.

Dumpy place, our room smelled so badly of animals isn’t was completely disgusting! I immediately went back to the front desk to request a different room and was told they didn’t have any available, at this point in time it was 11:50pm. so we left and went to another hotel.
The pool room was on our way to the room and it was awful, the hot tub water looked like it came out of a dirty mud puddle. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

We expected better from a Ramada. Overall, the facility needs updating and repairs. The door to our room stuck and had a broken lock. The staff was friendly, but the charge to my room was processed before my arrival (I was supposed to be able to pay upon arrival) so I was unable to use the credit card I wanted to (unless I wait 5-6 days for the charges to be reversed).

Rooms were disgusting. We moved out of 3 rooms because they're bloody and pee covered sheets and their rooms smell like pee, and the final room had broken furniture.

Had to be moved from my first room as none of the drawers would close and water was coming out the bottom of the sink. Was upgraded to a king suite which was nice of them. You could tell the room had been updated more recently. The vent cover was hanging for the bathroom fan and you could see it wasn't plugged in but i didn't touch it. There was a jucuzzi tub in the upgraded room which was great but it wasn't very user friendly. The faucet was loose and there was a large gap there also was not anywhere to grab into to get in or out except the large tiled area of the surround. Was hoping for a better experience. Adding to my do not stay again list.

The pool was extremely cold, the hot tub was green, the top of the toilet tank wasn’t clean, the caulk holding the toilet down was halfway peeled off, the wash rags were stained brown, and there was hardly ever anyone at the front desk

Bathroom tiles cracked, stained, toilet chain kept getting stuck under flapper and toilet looked 40 years old, shower head was a joke, needs replacing. Very noisy, Would never stay at this dump again.

No TV remote in room. Called desk and they said I would have to come to desk for one. They would not bring it. TV remote they gave me did not work. Room had a strong cigarette smoke odor.

We arrived after a long day of driving and upon check in I felt uncomfortable. The man had his mouth full of food and didn’t really talk. He ran my card and handed us room cards. We went straight to the room to use the restroom and it smelled so gross and was very hot. The smell gagged me. There was hair on the toilet and bathtub. The air conditioning wouldn’t work, it blew hot air for about 20 seconds and shut off. It was exacerbating my breathing problems. I went to the car and tried to cancel and get a refund, tried contacting Expedia and it was a loss. No refund is very upsetting in this situation. We decided to keep driving to our next seat in Iowa. This was our first bad experience so far.

The rooms were poorly remodeled which affected its cleanliness. The shower had been repaired but still felt like mu foot was going to fall through. The vent didnt work and sounded like a plane was taking off. The bed was decently comfortable.

The hotub was brown, the front desk staff was hard to understand and very short with me, there was no air conditioning in the lobby and reception area, there was no elevator to the second floor, the carpets on the stairs and in the hallway appeared dirty, the carpet in our room had sticky spots on it, our room didn't receive good maid service (beds werent made, no fresh coffee packs or toiletries, carpet not vaccuumed). The only thing that I especially liked was that there was complimentary breakfast, however, the chairs were are stained, the hand soap at the sink didnt work, and the coffee tasted horrible. Also, the hard boiled eggs weren't being kept cold.

The property could use some updates. But did the cost it was great!! Kids had a blast in the pool. The hot tube was a very weird yellow color. But we ignored it and sat in it anyway. Had a blast!!

This hotel is terrible! Our room smelled horribly like cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor had hair all over. When I made the reservation, I chose the “pay at the property” option. The hotel charged my card the day before we even checked-in. When we did arrive and check-in, I explained the payment issue and gave another card, which they charged. I had to call Wyndham customer care and the hotel three more times to initiate the refund process. It has been six days and I am still waiting for the refund of the original card. The front desk staff at the hotel was rude throughout this process, and seemed inconvenienced when we requested to switch rooms due to the condition of our room. I will never stay at this property again.

This Hotel is in nad need of updates. The whole building smells of mold and mildew. Rhe room was gross and the bathroom didn't look it had been cleaned. Pay a little more and stay in a better place

We no longer wanted to stay in that hotel because everything was dirty, the furniture in poor condition and the bathroom very dirty, the furniture and beds in general dirty. We cancel it.

The person at the front desk did not greet me or even use one full sentence. The hallways were not vacuumed and the bathroom was dirty. We left as soon as we found an alternative hotel.

This hotel is very dirty. Our floors haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. There was no remote for our TV in the room. I’m extremely disappointed.
Sign on the pool says out of service but was told it worked fine.
The hot tub is disgusting. The pool itself was absolutely freezing. Every single person who came in said it was too cold to swim in.
