It was close to my son's apartment with easy access.

Although the room smelled of cigarettes (non-smoking room) and there are few dining options nearby, MLI airport is about a 10 minute walk. And the staff at the reception desk were very good.

No swimming pool.

Room needed updates.

We chose this hotel because it offered park and fly service to the nearby airport. When we checked in, we said we wanted to leave at 4:45 a.m. In the morning, the desk attendant said she had night blindness and isn't supposed to drive at night (and it was raining). But she was the only employee there. She was not familiar with the van she was driving. Thankfully, it was a short drive and not much traffic, but I was nervous that we were in a potentially dangerous situation. The room was OK. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaner and the kleenex box holder was not attached to the wall, leaving an open, unsightly space. The evening desk attendant when we checked in was very helpful, changing us from a 2nd floor room (no elevator) to the ground floor to accommodate my husband's disability.

Very comfortable, safe & convenient stay! Our rented U-Haul truck was parked just outside our room where we could see it from our window & door! Comfy beds! Thank you!

Pam from House Keeping helped us out with replacing batteries in the heater remote and verify the heat was working. All staff was nice and helpful. Good breakfast selection and kept hot and stocked.

hotel was disgusting. we sleep in hotels 250 nights a year and this is the nastiest hotel ive ever stayed ive literally bunked with roaches and had a better experience

This hotel was disgusting! They pained the bath tub and the paint was pealing off the ceiling was caving in!! There was NO HEAT!!

Breakfast was not prepared at the proper time and when asked when it was going to be ready was told when it's done rooms are musty and sheets were dirty . When I checked out they said I had been smoking in the room . I don't smoke so the kept my deposit. Do not stay here it's full of extended stay locals. The front desk clerk is also a extended stay guest. I complained to quality inn and was told the y are a franchise and they didn't know if I would get my money back. Stay clear of this motel.

Definitely needed snow removal in the parking area. Elevator out of service which is very inconvenient to get luggage to 2nd floor. Room was cold and unable to change thermostat. Phone cord was damaged and no instructions how to contact the front desk.

I stayed to catch an early flight so I really just needed a place to sleep. Only one ice machine and snack machine that I could find. Staff were very nice.

This hotel does not merit the rating it has. The most disgusting thing about this hotel was the mold in the bathroom-worse than my Army barracks!

Creat room. Quiet and Clean. Comfy Bed. Great night's sleep. I will stay here again on my next work trip.

Pretty good hotel for the price. You never know what your going to get paying a low price at these hotels but we were pretty impressed with this one. Friendly young lady working the front desk was very helpful. Located right off the hwy. Not too shabby.

The place was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was great especially Theresa. She was so helpful, very friendly and kind. I would stay there again and recommend the hotel.

Our room wàs generally clean but not entirely swept, as evidenced by the headband under the desk. We would have appreciated having restricted access on the outside doors. The restaurant suggested by the lady at the desk was excellent!

Facilities need updating. The fan made an annoying noise so we were unable to use the heater at night. Bath tub was in terrible shape but seemed clean and shower worked

If wasn't the cleanest hallway, the Room was alright, not very busy but put guests on top of each other. You got what you paid for.
