Only problem the kitchen sink was stopped up

Here for a wedding. Convenient location and cool room.

Our first stay to this property went well, so when we evacuated for the latest hurricane, we didn't hesitate to go back. Unfortunately, this visit was pretty bad, so we will not be returning. 1 - There were roaches - we had to buy Raid and spray all our rooms, and then spray our car trunk so we didn't accidentally take any home with us. Unfortunately we had pre-paid for our stay so we couldn't change hotels. 2 - We arrived around 3 am and the front desk attendant was rude and short-tempered. The computers were down when we arrived so she said to come back the next day so she could charge our card for incidentals. I forgot to go back (3 hours of sleep and worked all day). The same clerk called our room at midnight the following night and wanted us to bring our card down then. 3 - the woman who brought us towels and extra pillows was super nice. She brought us extra coffee and sugar twice and always asked if there was anything else we needed. 4. The 2nd bedroom window leaked - a lot! We cleaned up the water and closed the storm windows in all 3 rooms, then called maintenance. The maint guy said it was because the gutters were too full of leaves and told us to just keep towels in front of the window, which we did.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stumbled into… Running from Hurricane Helene we made a quick decision to get off the interstate and chose the nearest hotel. And were we blessed!!!!! Amazing accommodations, super friendly staff… we will look for this hotel from now on

Sonesta Suites was a home away from home. Very comfortable living space, and in a great area! Staff was super friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again when we visit Atlanta.

Don't understand why one has to pay for parking. Was not in the inner city.

Only 1 negative…at least in our room, the sound the toilet made when flushed could have woken the dead.

This my second time goin there a the ice machine didn’t work in the fridge and the front told me that someone will fixed it in the morning. No one came to fix the issue. Plus the room I was in the couch pillow need to be replaced

The staff was wonderful and the cleaning staff were beyond wonderful!!! The place smelled and looked so well kept!! It wasn’t a fake clean this was clean , CLEAN!! I enjoyed my stay and will be returning back here.

Clean, quiet, and relaxing

We would strongly recommend the property for business and tourist travellers. Just a very nice experience.

The staff was polite. Check in attendant was great and allowed early check after a red eye flight. Overall raring was a three because there was very little room service, the room was musty because of the humid location and the toilet seat was not se ured to the toilet. We have stayed in many Sonesta's across the US and this location was only ok. But, the staff was great!!!

Great location and convenient to many shops, restaurants, etc. Property was clean and staff was friendly.

Pretty decent space. We have a decent amount of kids so it made sense for us to be here. Is the average spot but I think one quick win for them is working on bedding as they should be a little more comfortable especially for parents. We have sheets that were kind of gritty, they must have been used and abused a lot

Be careful when you come here they change for parking $6.00

This place is the only place I stay, when away from home

Everything was efficient and quick

There was a sign in our room that said "9pm to 9am is quiet time. From about 1am to 1:15am two gentlemen by the pool were arguing quite loudly and using F and MF bombs profusely. No one from the staff went out to stop it. We will not be returning.

Nice property and large rooms. Convenient to where we needed to go but it did smell a little weird. The sofa bed is NOT comfortable so I don’t recommend that but the bed was comfortable . We will probably stay there again

Everything nice, breakfast was fair

Room floor and bathroom could have been cleaner. The flashing light in the ceiling while trying to sleep was annoying. But all was just fine for our overnight.

I requested to have a walk in shower when I made my reservation and it was not honored. When I asked about it, the attendant at the front desk didn't seem to care. There was also hair follicles on the towels and I found an earring in my bed that stuck me while I was getting ready to sleep.

Hotel is old, rund down and dirty. Never, again.

Hotel does not work well with third parties. They refused to adjust my 6 day stay to 4 because it was “prepaid”. Other hotels I’ve stayed at have adjusted regardless of booking through them or a third party so it was the hotels discretion, be aware. Did not get room reserved. Window faced a brick wall. Freezer had some black hairs in it. Kitchen felt dingy. Pool closes very early. I was just trying to sit outside and read my book and was told it was closing and still very light outside. Tree sap covered my car had to find a carwash. Parking is $6/night which was the only consolation I received from the hotel.
