No smoking room smells like smoke, meth heads everywhere, dogs barking all night, screaming and unsettling environment. It wasn’t worth the 50 dollars I paid

Staff was not at all friendly and not always available. Dogs barking on and of each day. Noise in bathroom area day thru night. Workmen hammering and drilling thru Sunday. Only 1 face cloth, 1 towel and 1 bath towel. No cream, sugar or coffee asked for receipt when checking out but did not show total amount. I have had many travels across country and this is the first time I have complained.

When booking your room online they don’t state that there is a CASH deposit. When questioned the gal said it does not state this on third party websites, but on our website it does state the deposit. Which how am I suppose to know the deposit amount if not stated. I would have been more prepared. The office was clean, the room however. When walking in there were bugs running around. We had to make sure non of our items were on the floor. Then we started seeing the on the walls. So then we had to make sure non of our items were agents a wall. Beds were decent. Bathroom needs work. Cosmetically but it was ok. The lock on the door was a simple chain lock you can find on apartment doors. While it took me by surprise it was fine. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend people stay here. I would pay up for a hotel to ensure there were no bugs. I can handle cosmetic stuff, the bugs is a completely different story.

This place is a mess .. the room is dirty bugs everywhere will not stay again

Asked for non smoking but it reeked of smoke. My son has asthma and it was a very uncomfortable night for him. Our neighbors were loud and partying all night.

The cleanliness was okay, it smelled bad when you walked in the room. There were dripping faucets in tube. The thing that bothered me the most was that they required a $60 dollar cash deposit after my card was already charged through the website. Overall the stay was okay for what I needed it for, but i will not be returning, it was cheap room and you get what you pay for.

it was good til the noise and slamming doors talking loud kids running in the hallways and others couldn’t really get sleep but there kids so I understand but it was a good week there tho

The front desk woman was always rude and no help at all with a poor attitude I wish I would’ve taken her name down but I didn’t she has burgundy hair tho she’s no good as a receptionist they also gave my info to the police and confused me for someone else that was a scary situation for my children I when I asked to have my room changed no one did anything unfortunately
