It’s kind of hidden but nice. Clean, quiet, right off the highway and a cross from a shopping center.

Grounds, lobby and restaurant were great. Rooms, not so much. Outdated and dingy feeling.

Lightly Updated 70’s 80’s property with rooms surrounding pool. 12 teenagers were throwing a football and yelling in the pool until 9:00 pm making the who pool area unwelcoming. Employees made sure the towel dispenser was full but did noting about the behavior. Our room seemed ok on the surface but we noticed that the toilet had uncleaned dried urine on the back of it. Breakfast room was understaffed and under capacity for the number of guests though the two ladies running it were doing their best. Overall, the property is decent but the management could be better. Also, EV chargers in the parking lot would be welcome.

Was staying out of town for work. After returning to my room at the end of the day I noticed that someone had been in my room and it wasn’t house keeping. The room looked as though someone was trying to find something hidden. I immediately notified the front desk. I waited about 30min before they gave me a new room but not before telling me that they were completely booked. Very unsettling knowing that an unknown person entered my room and looked through it.

Great stay great location great staff

We drive back to stay a second day. Front desk service was wonderful. Lobby nice. Rooms good for the price. Air conditioner and in room refrigerators were extremely loud and I had to turn off to sleep.

The front desk works were sorta rude. My reservations was a gift paid for by a family member and I was told they had to make sure I had money in order to stay so they took 75 dollars from my checking not telling me that they where gonna take 75 dollars and it bouncing my account. The staff pretty much made me and my boyfriend feel like money makes a person and how dare we be there. The random stranger were kinder just walking by saying hello. The room was clean though the pillows blankets all great very nice clean motel with a lot of nice features. I just think they could have had Better people as staff. Nobody she be defined by size color race religion or financial status. To me that is cruel and ignorant. Sorry not sorry I’m being honest. They guest where kind and friendly though 😊

The staff are nice and accommodating.

Overall, a nice property. I especially liked the gym, pool and dining areas. It was clean, safe and walkable to a nearby strip mall with dining and shopping options. I didn't like the loud air conditioner that kept turning on and off every few minutes. Also, the TV advertised free Max, but it didn't work.

The coffee in the lobby in the mornings was excellent! The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable.

After traveling all day I booked this hotel last minute without reading the reviews. My mistake! I figured Four Seasons to be reputable hotel with friendly staff. We arrived after 9 pm. Hotel was nice and we quickly went to bed. Awake at 5am to shower and get ready to leave before rush hour traffic only to find we had no hot water in shower. When we told front desk personnel he didn’t have any concern and told me I would receive a receipt via email. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience he took my number and said the manager would call me. After leaving I contacted Hotels.com who contacted the hotel also. The hotel told Hotels.com to file a complaint via email and they would be contacted in 3 days. I understand that things happen but be apologetic. After leaving I read reviews only to find out this has been going on for months! Why can this not be fixed! Lesson learned! Always read the reviews!

Requested a room, didn’t get my request. Went to turn on tv, wasn’t working. Had a shower and the water didn’t drain so stood in my own dirty water! Not impressed and won’t be back!

Stay was good. Air conditioning in the room never got the temp below the mid 70’s. There was a drawer on the dresser and night stand that would fully open and would not stay closed. We wedged something in the drawers to keep them shut. Overall the hotel was quiet and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly and the pool area was clean and well maintained.

Lovely property. The only issue was that our room smelled like it was once a smoking room. We didn't complain because we were only there a short time. Would stay there again, but would make sure the room was smoke free.

I stay here often to avoid the long commute for work. The property is older, but maintained well.

My bikes were stolen from off my bike rack that was on my truck and locked. We parked under the security cameras. They didn't give us a chance to bring them inside and didn't have a bike rack in front to lock them up. They broke our bike rack because the lock we had was guaranteed that they couldn't cut through, so they broke the bike rack to and took them with the lock attached. When we informed the front desk, they didn't seem to concerned. When we asked for the video for the police department they said they would return my call and never did. When I called several times to find out where my video, they finally told me that they couldn't release the video to me but will to the police department. This took them 3 days to tell me instead of letting me know that same day so the police department could have got the video sooner. This happened on September 2, 2024 and it is September 7th and they still haven't released my video. Also, when we called for housekeeping and the front desk from the phone in our room, they never answered. It was either busy or it went to voicemail. My husband had to call the hotel number on his cell phone in order to get a hold of them.

I enjoyed my stay but I expected a little more with the amenities. I feel like it was clean but it could have been cleaner. Hopefully I’ll be able to book another room sometime in the future and receive a better experience.

Waitress asked for a tip for a self served breakfast buffet. Also saw a waitress slam a check wallet and said “Nada” and laughed.

We could hear the freeway very loudly. The pool and eating areas were lovely!

Excellent facility and price reasonable.

Breakfast buffet was delicious and the service was impeccable! Although there was a wedding party group that delayed our seating, the hostess was accommodating and we enjoyed her patience.

Nice clean hotel, close to our wedding venue(Fairfax) and San Francisco and lots of hiking (Muir Beach)

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while visiting friends and it was a mostly good stay. It was a little crowded and noisy because a lot of swim teams were in town the same weekend in July, so some of the common areas were a little messy and unavailable for part of our stay. They didn't offer transportation to SFO, which would've been helpful because my husband is disabled, but one guy at the front desk was really friendly and helped us figure out the bus schedule from the hotel to the airport. Our room was on the first floor near an exit and it was pretty outdated. I thought, for the price, it would've been upgraded and renovated, but it wasn't. The AC had a strange light smell when wr first turned it on, so we opened the window. I think they overcharged us for thebwater bottles we purchased and put on the room. The restaurant at the hotel was also outdated and short staffed, but most of the food and drinks we had were good! We wouldn't recommend the brussel sprouts because they didn't match the description on the menu and weren't tasty. The hours for the restaurant/bar were also different than what was posted in front of the restaurant! Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the most part, but we really expected more upgrades than we saw.

The property is extremely outdated. I was moved to a different room and both rooms were in terrible shape such as cracked/broken sink, dripping faucet, totally broken picture frame, beat up furniture just to name the few. Then in the courtyard clearly states no smoking and there was a guy smoking and after letting him know he should not smoke he didn’t care and was very rude and when I mentioned this to the staff, they didn’t seem to care to do anything about it and just let him smoke right next to the no smoking sign. To say the least I will never be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the saff. The only thing we wish would of been better is the sound of the old AC unit. It was louder than TV.
