A lot of refurbishment going on right now but my room was great, nice layout, comfortable, quiet.

Excellent check in experience. I felt like a valued guest. Reception listened to my needs and assigned a quiet room that fit perfectly. Beds are comfy. The available utilities are fantastic (full kitchen, TV with netflix etc). ALways my go-to when I need a night away in Sandy.

Staff is great. Room was not. Very low shower water pressure. Shower water temperature was also not hot for AM showers. The bathroom sink counter towel holder continually fell off the wall. Disappointing stay this time!

Fantastic place to stay. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this facility. We love the convenience when we attend the Hale Theatre and there is plenty of room for our larger family of 6.

One of the best places we have stayed recently.
All of the staff are over the top nice. Anything we needed was provided promptly and with smiles, like they truly enjoyed helping.
The rooms are terrific with separate bedroom, full kitchen, living area, two TV's. Easy parking. I'd say the included breakfast was pretty darn good. Scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, cereals, fruit, etc. All the usual.

Loved the one bedroom suite with kitchen for traveling with kids. Location was nice and convenient to shopping centers, restaurants and the freeway. Breakfast had a very nice variety of offerings and the kitchen staff were so kind.
The only thing that was disappointing was that the indoor pool area was excruciatingly hot. The water was heated and the room was not adequately ventilated or climate controlled which, in July, made it feel like a sauna. It was far hotter in that room than it was outside and I was very disappointed that we couldn’t comfortably spend more time in there since I was traveling with two kids who love to swim. As someone coming from AZ, I was surprised how swimming inside a shaded space could be so much hotter than being out in the sun and elements. If you’re not planning on spending time in the pool, it is a very nice place to stay.

we Loved the 1 bdrm room that we got that had the living room and a bigger couch and a pull-out bed, so we were all able to spend time together in the room also it was pretty big and had a full kitchen, so we were able just to cook something instead of getting a bunch of fast food and they are pet friendly and the pool stays open till 11pm. was deff a nice place to stay at and had a dining room table that we all could sit at and eat as a family.

I wish there was a coffee machine in the lobby with lattes and mochas or at least carafes with fresh coffee. Coffee in the rooms was awful.
Also, room by the stairs was very noisy until about midnight.

Great overall experience: high-quality daily buffet breakfast, early check-in provided, excellent 1BR King bed suites for both rooms that I reserved, and great customer service by staff. Improvement is needed for the refresh for the rooms that are provided every other day: 1 out of 2 rooms has missed refresh, a room with 4 people only received 3 bath towels, and both rooms were not replenished with toilet paper. Toilet paper was provided if you called the front desk.
Also, I was expecting manager reception nightly but was told it was discontinued post-pandemic and no longer offered. However, it is still listed as an amenity on Expedia where I booked my reservation. This was one of my expectations that influenced my selection of the Residence Inn, having enjoyed this amenity on prior visits to the Residence Inn Sandy Utah location. The discontinued manager receptions were a very popular amenity for post-skiing gatherings with family members during our past stays.

The hotel was in a very convenient place for us. The room was spacious and clean however it was dated. The gem of all of it all was the bed. Firm and comfortable. I would stay there again. Recommended.

Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the major attractions in Sandy. The HVAC was very loud at night but other than that, our stay was great.

This was perfect for us. We love the breakfast, We loved Carmen and we loved the pool and hot tub area. Our only suggestion is that the knob is replaced to turn on the hot tub and the jet issue is resolved so one can turn on the jets when you turn on the tub.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best free breakfast of any hotel I've been to in the last few years. The entire hotel is very clean. The jacuzzi was hot. The room was quiet and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the pillows, which I realize are personal preference, but if they would supply two different styles in each room to choose from, it would be better.

the unit I stayed was very quite and clean. I book for 3 nights but I checked out the next morning, thank you for the hotel to give us a refund for two nights, everything was great, except the unit was not big enough for us also a little outdated.
