Nasty and disgusting filthy

The man at the window yesterday was extremely rude and threw my id back at me. When I asked to speak to the owner he told me that he was the manager and I had to deal with him.

Awful place, ice machines were broken, fridge was broken, pool was closed and no signs of it being opened in the next year, check in was through a ghetto window not even a lobby to enter, room door looked as if it had been kicked in and cigarette burns on the blankets all in all they should bulldoze the place and try again.

No pool. No breakfast.

I would like to say that the property was somewhat under construction the dining area. The rooms do not look like the pictures and the rooms are outdated. In the description it was stated that hot breakfast was available but was not available due to construction of the dining area. I am not sure how this type of information would be shared. I booked the room based on the availability of breakfast, but this was a learning experience.

Had items stolen from my room three different people went into my room while I was gone. Management wouldn’t reimburse. And let the people into my room.

It was not very good. Terrible in fact. The lobby was closed. No breakfast, that area was closed. Pool was closed. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. They should have paid me to stay there, God ass awful!!!!

The sheets had burn holes in them and the sheets on the bed were not clean, the shower had trash in it

The room was terrible the pipe coming out of the wall for the shower head was loose. The site said there was breakfast THERE WAS NOT. I will never stay there again very very poor

No coffee, much less breakfast. Check in was through a window while standing in the hot sun with the noise from the cars on the street behind you. The sidewalks and doormats were dirty. I can't believe Super 8 would want their name out fron

The staff is rude , rolled his eyes when I walked to the check in window has a disrespectful attitude towards me wasn’t asked if I would sign papers I was told in a harsh and rude manner I asked for a non smoking ground floor room and I was told I would take whatever room I was given, I will not be back, I’m a traveling plumber and I spend a lot of money on hotels but this place has seen the last dime of my money there’s holes in the wall the bathtub looks like it is going to break I can’t even take a shower, there’s one outlet accessible

The room had a terrible smell.

Filthy, holes in the bedding, paint pealing from the ceiling and walls.

However bad you think this stay could be, it’s worse.

Really good stay

Room was old. Bathtub dirty didnt even use. Was staying for less than 12 hours. It was a place to lay our head but dirty. Ive statyed in worse but this was close.

There was not breakfast as indicated. Overall it was below par.

The room was dirty, Smokey, old and ugly .....

Building exterior looked different in person. Had to pay through a walk-up window. The lobby was closed. Room was dated but clean. Televison did not work properly, there was a line running through the middle of the screen. No breakfast as advertised... lobby closed.

...The Man at the front desk was so helpful giving me My Money back! I walked into that room and turned right back around! I have two small children and it absolutely has to be clean, and comfortable for them and My Husband. It wasn't up to Our standards but it wasn't the peoples fault... It was just Not for Us! Thanks anyway!

DO NOT let the pictures fool you. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!!! Filthy, lots a disrepair, false advertising, terrible service, drugs on premises. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I was disappointed for the misinformation about the hotel amenities. There were no free breakfast nor pool as indicated on the website. Undried paint on furniture making them sticky to touch, low water flow from sink faucet. Oversized bed frame causing hazardous trip and injury. Noisy A/C unit.

It was amazing and clean

The room was hot. The bed was broke the sheets was nasty. And I was wiping up some water and the rage was black. The floors was grey laminate and it was nasty. And they said you only had 10 minutes to get your money back after checking in. Worst stay we ever had.

Front desk people were rude

It was my first time staying at a motel. I did it to save money had just left Home 2 hotel in Florida. I guess I might have expected the same quality. The guy that checked me in wasn't pleasant. The rest of the staff was. The mat in front of each door was filthy.

It was great

Super Dirty Hotel would be a better name. Blanket on bed had several cigarette burns, bathroom wall had boogers smeared on it, room smelled like cigarette smoke, popcorn ceiling falling off, and walls / chairs had dried fluid on them. Hotel would not refund my money. Door to bathroom was busted up and couldn't shut properly. GROSS!

The property smelled like weed & the check in person was rude

To be honest, I don't normally book properties like this but we had no choice this time as we couldn't find a property that isn't fully booked yet near my daughter's honors program interview venue happening the next day. So I reserved a non-smoking room but the one given to us smells terribly of a smoking room esp. when the airconditioning unit is on, the smell even gets worse that it triggered my allergies so we left but not w/o migraine attack & sinusitis. The room was dirty; the table top & sink counter top were so sticky to the feel and the worst of all was the staff was so damned rude. I left my cervical, medical grade pillow there and the manager on duty told me that whatever was left in the room, they throw them away immediately as they clean them (as if!). I was like, we've just left no more than an hour agoz how can they not keep my belonging for even half a day to see if I will come back to claim them? I hate everything about this property and will never go there ever again! Totally NOT recommending!

I made a reservation for non-smoking room, and the staff emphasized that my room was a non-smoking room. It’s actually not! The room has a horrible smell mixed with smoke. The shower room and toilet is very much about time to upgrade. Very old and dirty. The blanket and pillows are super old and yucky… The only good thing is having clean laminate floor and granite countertops. My son and I chose to sleep in the car instead. Horrible experience.

This place need’s not to be operating especially underneath the Wyndham name!! It was so nasty like the room was dusty and dirty and the exterior had trash blown everywhere then they didn’t even serve breakfast as advertised and when I asked what was going on with it they said that it was because they were remodeling well apparently they’ve been remodeling since the summer but nobody was in there working on it he doesn’t even look like it had been touched on a remodeling aspect so when I ask if I could get some creamers for the coffee pot in my room that did not work they didn’t have a new coffee pot to give me they didn’t have creamer to give me half of the outlets didn’t work in the room the shower leaked everywhere the tub or the Jets on the so-called Jacuzzi tub were so disgusting they had mildew and soap scum all in them I mean it was just a total freaking scum disgusting place this place really needs to be taken down especially representing the Wyndham name now there were some workers who work there at the front desk who are very very pleasant to deal withI mean they didn’t even give coffee for anybody in the morning for breakfast on the go as advertised it’s just despicable I think that someone from Wyndham needs to come down and check out the place the entire place not just the rooms that they put on for show on the pictures if I was you I wouldn’t waste my money on this place or my time
