Door latch barely locked, very dirty bed sheets, pool and hot tub are gross

Nice clean and quiet place. Very close to freeway but never heard a peep. Overall nice place. Had a good continental breakfast.

Towels definitely needed replacing. They were thin and ratty. We were told housekeeping was every other day. If we wanted clean towels we just had to go to the front desk and they would give us clean ones. Having a couch in our room was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was so so. I had never seen round scrambled eggs.

The people in the next room were very noisy. Had TV blaring until very late Friday and Saturday night. Called the front desk after midnight. They did go and talk to them and they turned tv way down and then turned it off. Lots of doors slamming especially Sunday night. Bed was not that comfortable. Monday breakfast consisted of small I guess you’d call the omelets?? No meat. No cream cheese for bagels. I don’t think we would stay there, again.

Very friendly people working when we checked in and checked out! The room was clean. We used the pool and hot tub and they were good as well. It’s an older place and showing some wear and tear. Overall we just needed a place to cut a trip in half and it did a good job for that!

Staff was rude and in order to get clean towels, you had to take them to the front desk. Other hotels I have stayed at when I stay more then 1 night replace bath towels without have to ask or take your dirty to the front desk to get clean.
My daughter locked our keys in the room and staff acted like we were criminals and made snide remarks when asking for a new card for room. the only door you could go in was the front door as all other doors were locked and did not have a key entry. our room was at the opposite end of the hotel as the main door

I needed a place to sleep so I'm not to upset, but you can see that the hotel is very dated. The bathrooms are so tiny you can hardly turn around and the shower curtain got caught by the dome light in the shower. I was really looking forward to breakfast, but all fot food was gone by 6:30. Also, be aware, there are two floors but no elevator. We had a room adjacent to the front desk and were awoken at 6 by staff loudly playing music. It was a clean hotel, though!

Our stay was good! A good place to rest after a busy day. Right next to all major shops and drive thru restaurants so it was convenient.

Called hotel midday to let them know i was checking in late due to airline delaying flight several hours. Arrived at hotel about 1:30 am. No one was there at desk. Waited 10 min. Called. No answer. Left voicemail. Waited 10 min called corporate 800 number. They did not get anyone to answer. Waited 10 min then went to Country Inn and Suites and they had desk person. Went to bed. Chatted with hotels.com agent worried desk person was murdered or robbed at Americinn. Took 20 more min till mgr finally responded and called me back. He asked if i was nearby to come back. Said no and i dont want to be billed for the room. Today they refused to credit me. Will never ever book AmericInn again.

This property is dated. We had issues with our room and the desk attendant moved us to another room. We slept good.

The room heater did not work properly. The windows leaked cold air. There was a sheet and a thin blanket on the bed. Two of the pillows were half the size of normal pillows. The full length mirror was taped together as it has been previously broken. The tub surround has been siliconed using a paint brush. And there were medical diabetic stickers on the back of the washroom door. The place needs to be gutted.

Pool was green and gross, toilet doesn’t flush but bubbles , water is brown, and the heat doesn’t work properly. Oh and there’s a person living in a car
With broken windows I. The parking lot- has a grocery cart and was in the lobby bothering people and would not leave.

Quiet, super clean, and easy to check -in. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well as flexible when it came to me checking out late. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for making my weekend so enjoyable!

When you pull in to the property there were abandon cars people living in them it seemed. Abandon carts and junk on the side of the building. As soon as you walked in the front door it smells like people are smoking right there. You walked by rooms and people were fully living in them. The rooms are not what to expect. Outdated, dirty sheets and odor covered with a febreeze plug in. If you want a pool I wouldn’t suggest swimming, adults were wearing full clothing and the water was not clean.
Breakfast was sub par there was barely any selections.
I would spend extra money to stay somewhere else!

Room was ok. Stains on the floor. I’m was cheap, so got what we paid for. Breakfast was pretty gross. Juice machine not in use. They just bought jugs of milk and juice from local grocery store and kept in fridge for communal use. Basically just dry bread and cold tasteless scrambled eggs. Barely anything put out. Breakfast area was dirty. General area of hotel halls dirty.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Needs updates. Expected nicer facility for what the cost was. Breakfast was ok but again expected more for the rate we paid. Just comparing it to other hotels we have stayed at for the same price.

We were welcome there and treated very nice we also had good service and whenever we asked where it was given to us they had us feel very comfortable and we enjoyed our time there

It was very clean, but they need to upgrade or remodel the bathrooms and get a little quieter AC units and need taller toilets in the bathrooms. My husband is 6'4" tall and he felt like he was peeing on the floor

The lady at front desk was very helpful and courteous. The room had a very strong wall plug in air freshener and I have allergy issues to strong scents. It made things a little miserable. The lighting was not great in the vanity or entry areas. The location was very nice. We did not use the pool. The pricing is outrageous everywhere right now, so can’t really fault them for high prices.

I should have read the reviews. Went mainly for the hot tub and pool. Pool was ice cold and hot tub not working. Look at some reviews and the hot has been broken for quite some time. Ended up leaving and going back home.
