The check-in was an easy process. Customer service was good! We were having trouble accessing channels on our tv, and called the front desk (no answer). The pool and jacuzzi was nice. No wi-fi, and no complimentary breakfast. Overrall, okay hotel for the price!

Overall it was nice. The best was comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean and our ac worked great. Only fault we had was the hallway and inside the elevator was HOT!

I've stayed here years ago and it was nice. This trip wasn't so good. Finding an unwelcome guest crawling from under the table while my wife was eating lunch was disgusting! She wanted to change rooms but decided to stay. Upon going to check out with all our luggage and bags the elevator was broken and waited 30 minutes before having to use the stairs with all our stuff. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I don't think I will stay there again though.

Upon check in Ms Brenda was awesome. Room very clean and comfortable. The entire staff was top notch. We will stay here every time we are in Lafayette

Room was nice but the hallway was extremely hot. About 100 degrees outside and it seemed like the heater was on in the hall. Had to drop the thermostat down to 65 to cool the room off. Other than that it was very nice stay.

Our room was great, clean and roomy on the second floor. But the air conditioning in the hall was blowing hot air. It’s August. Downstairs, they have a snack bar. The vent hood needs repair because the entire downstairs reeked of burned grease. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Probably won’t stay again at this particular hotel, unless they make repairs.

Our stay was very enjoyable! Whwn we arrived i learned that they didnt have the room i chose when i reserved ready, and agreed to stay in a room with 2 beds. I have to say that those queen beds were absolutely more comfortable then the king size beds! The room was clean and was prefect to accommodate our stay! We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!

The refrigerator did not work and the coffeemaker was nasty. Could not make coffee in my room. Told the front desk about the coffeemaker and did not get another one for the room.

Arrived at 5 and no rooms were available. Once we finally got a room the restroom wasn’t clean. Amenities were missing. The floor didn’t looked vacuum as of it was a rushed job. I won’t be returning. Very disappointed.

The cleaning staff and The kind lady at the counter where they serve coffee and food were so sweet.
The lady behind the front desk was quiet and not very hospitable. I asked her what the total was when I was checking in, and she said “I don’t know.” When checking out she didn’t speak one word. I’m not sure what was going on, but I’ve stayed at your establishment before and never had issues until now!

Got to the room floor was wet by the air conditioner reported it to the front desk she said she would send maintenance to check on it but no one came stayed two nights and the floor got more saturated with the water coming from the AC we also asked for towels twice because we needed more after swimming an they didn’t have any by the pool area and they never gave us any sad……

The room was good, the location was good. We stopped in for a night while passing through the area. We arrived at 8pm and left at 5am. Didn’t eat breakfast because it doesn’t start til 6. The bed was a little more firm then we like so it wasn’t a great night sleep. (Wish I had read that on a review so I wouldn’t have booked it).

The hotel was average. I booked 3 rooms for a girls weekend. We were told there was a breakfast and there was nothing. They had a Starbucks that you could purchase coffee, but only had Decaf the 2nd morning.
One of the rooms had a roach in it and we did not have our rooms cleaned the entire weekend. It definitely could have been better.

I did not like the fact that you couldn't get a regular cup of coffee there and starbucks only jad expresso .and a small orange juice was 6$.

We had a great short stay . Miss Tori at the front desk was super sweet to my kiddos and helped me to get an early check in so that my daughter could get ready for her gymnastics competition. She was for sure the best part of our stay at the hotel . The only negative was that the indoor pool was way too cold for my kiddos to swim . The pool was the top reason we chose that hotel so that was a let down but most everything else was good . Thanks again to Miss Tori she was professional and just a doll !

When we go to the hotel we were told that they did not have the room we reserved. I really needed two beds but instead I got what appears to be 1 side of a conjoined room it’s a suite however it’s broken into odd rooms with a very small couch with a pull out and a queen bed in another small room. It’s fortunate that my mother and I are small people as we had to share a queen bed. I was hoping to be comfortable as the room was nearly 200 a night after an extra 20 dollar incidental charge.
