Arriving to the hotel was not so friendly, slow action and almost unfriendly in the reception. I felt I was there for the official and not the opposite. But the room, the breakfast and other things worked well.

Clean hotel in a conviently located next to the exhibition halls. Breakfast nothing special, restaurants not very good both food and service wise, reception service unfriendly and I experienced even some unacceptable mistakes.

Room was nice, clean, and spacious. Bed comfy (even softer vs firmer pillows to choose from). There were table and chair for working, which was good. And as a cherry on the top; even a little couch for just chilling. Thank you, it was a very comfortable stay.

Not the best part of town but convenient for Railway Station (Pasila) Not much around the area in way of restaurant/bars etc.

Very friendly service and nice rooms. A bit off the beaten tracks but relatively close to a new train station and mall.

Excellent customer service. Near public transport, quiet area, shopping area, centre to airport & city centre…great breakfast so much choices, staff helpful & go beyond what is expected. Thanks & keep up the good work.

Overall everything was very good. But the breakfast was not. Sunday morning, I guess hotel was full but in this kind of hotel I assume that they are aware how to handel things. By breakfast everything was over. More products were occasionally imported, but the tables were completely congested and there was a lot of queuing, and still the products ran out. This was a big disappointment.

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff are really pleasant and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, modern and up to date, and have everything you need. The breakfast was amazing; so many options! Everything from cooked, to cereal, cheese platters and deli meats, pastries, eggs, even salad. Gluton free also catered for. Less than a ten minute walk to the local mall for anything else you need.

Checking-in was easy and swift. The Hotel looks very modern and the room was exceptionally clean. I really felt comfortable. However, my booking did not come with breakfast included, which I assumed.

I was very surprise over High standard this hotel have, and can not be compared with Holiday Inns I have stayed in, and not a brand I use to chose.. but this was so nice and i deffently will come back..

I booked 3 night at hotel it was fantastic! The room was cleaned and fresh during my time away which made me feel appreciated. I didn't touch minibar but check inside it was filled with a nice set of Snack and drinks had even space left for my own soda.
Cabin was nice were i was able to unpack my clothes and take them after shower.
Towels were great and soft i really liked them! Bathroom was not bad either. Only down side i found was during using TV trying to browse tv channel had annoying overlay during browsing. Movie option didn't work either and the remote seemed bit weird but overall my staying in was very happy and positive experience.

Business hotel close to conference centre and Helsinki's second station, access to central Helsinki easy by train or tram which stops outside the hotel. Area and hotel do lack character but is clean, modern and well run. Quiet mid-week in July, but much busier at the weekend. Avoid breakfast after 9, as it becomes a scrum on Sat and Sun. Breakfast quality was good, with a wide choice available. Hotel has gym and sauna facilities but no pool, which is the only negative. Staff polite and helpful and like everyone in Finland, speak excellent English. Overall good value, would recommend.

Excellent hotel. I’ve been here multiple times and the experience has been constant. Also to be noted the excellent breakfast.
