Great front desk clerk. She was amazing

We arrived late after a 6 hour drive. The front desk clerk was in the back, she came out and said hello. It was very short but I did expect more of a welcome. She asked for my name and I gave it to her. I booked through hotels.com so I didn’t think to say it because I’m almost sure it was stated on my reservation that I paid through a 3rd party. She asked me to insert my card and I’m thinking it was for incidentals so I did. But I was also checking my email to make sure I paid. Come to find out she was charging me again, I said I already paid, she said oh it does say that and I should’ve told her. Anyway, my bathroom toilet had dried urine like it had not been touched and it was hair in the sink, I went back down and told her and she switched my room, no apology. Went to that room and there was a wet washcloth in the middle of the floor and the shower door was dirty as it it had not been cleaned. I was so mad and tired I just left because at this point everything is suspect. Will not ever stay anywhere near that place again.

Not a bad property but over priced for what you get

Not the best experience!

This property was extremely old and dirty. My family and I literally felt things biting us all night. The bathroom walls and room walls were disgusting and filled with old bugs and spider webs. I would NOT recommend this property at all!

Booked last minute so was happy to have a place to stay. The hotel is a bit dated and could use maintenance.

Nice room for the price. Could not get the free WIFI to work.

Good location and no issue at all with our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Only real disappointment was the pool was actually very cold and couldn't enjoy it Even with the heat and humidity. All in all, was a pleasant experience

The hotel itself felt really tired. There were unfinished walls. Soft spots.

The stay was good. What I did not like was we stay there 4 days and 3 nights. Housekeeping NEVER came in our room. We had to go empty our trash can in our room. We had to ask for towels each day we were there. The front desk people were very helpfull.

The service was very good. We had to change rooms because our TV did not work but the staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was very nice. Our only other issue was not great water pressure and in the morning there was no hot water to shower.

Not clean! Mold everywhere and shower disgusting. Don’t dare try To walk barefoot in your room. Check in easy staff is but nuh uh

The stay was nice ,the pictures is just not it ,it don’t look nothing like the pictures

Hotel just seemed a bit out dated. But most importantly I think if unprofessional to have a sign asking for a specific rating. I understand to strive for the best but telling visitors that an 8 isn’t good enough when the property is subpar.

The staff is friendly and the property clean overall, but the rooms are in need of some updates/refurbishment.

For the price it was horrible. I picked this hotel because i wanted a indoor pool so my elderly mother could swim. We checked in and we walked pass the pool that looked nice but was informed it was not heated. They were waiting on a part. The room was okay but the shower curtain was dirty and the bath tub floor was slippery. We spent the next day out of the room and when we returned the room was not serviced. When I questioned this they said we had to ask for that as well as new towels. Was a very disappointing stay.

Refrigerator beat up/dirty door, carpet and wall dirty, Staff was friendly and polite. Bedding was clean. Drawers were broken.

Hotel needs to be remodeled.

Great staff, but underwhelming room quality/design and overall cleanliness. Foodservices in the complimentary breakfast wasn’t great (under temp, dried out proteins, only one yogurt option if you decide to forgo the main breakfast options).

Absolutely hands down the best staff. Beds were comfy. Shower is amazing!

Noise like something hitting against the building, the planes, the rust on the silver plate and surrounding area on the tub. The tv giving the wrong info for the programs. Saying on show but showing something else. No hot water around 4pm. My last night I tried until about seven. I tried at midnight and it was fine. My most disappointing event occurred on 9/27/23. I got back to the room. It had been cleaned. I was using the bathroom and someone was trying to come in my room. Not by knocking but using a key. THANK GOD I HAD THE LATCH ON!! I WAS USING THE BATHROOM. I SHOUTED SOMEONE IS IN HERE!! THEY SAID IM SORRY AND LEFT. WHEN I FINISHED I WENT IN THE HALL. THE PERSON SAID IM SORRY JUST CHECKING. I WENT BACK TO MY ROOM. NOW WHAT ARE YOU CHECKING FOR? THE ROOM HAD BEEN CLEANED. WHERE IS YOUR PAPERWORK FROM THE PERSON WHO CLEANED THE ROOM SAYING THEY CLEANED IT? WHERE IS YOUR CHECKLIST SHOWING WHAT ROOMS WHERE CLEANED THAT DAY. WHY ARE YOU COMING BACK AND NOT KNOCKING?? I HAD PACKAGES ON THE BED. WHERE YOU COMING BACK FOR THEM:. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE BACK TO YOUR HOTEL.

Everything was great but how can I get points to stay I come and stay here very often

Entering the lobby smelled very good,Entering the room smells terrible maybe the old carpet,needs pillows on the bed very bad,microwave on top of the fridge with no plug to use it,had to place it on the ironing board by the window where there was a plug,please find a solution to correct these problems, overall it was ok..pricing
