The office clerk ( Christy ) when I check in yesterday was so nice she went the room to checked make sure my room was not smelling cigarette she took spray and went to spray it and I called her to checked my TV and don’t work she got me to moved to another room with no problem very accommodating will stay here again she deserved bonuses or increased pay rate excellent service happy customer

I had a terrible experience trying to locate this hotel. I spent hours driving around in a taxi, unable to find the property because the address provided on Hotels.com was incomplete or incorrect. The phone number listed in the description was invalid, and no one was available to assist me. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted both time and money. I am requesting a full reimbursement for this frustrating and unacceptable experience.

The service by the front desk people was good but the condition of the hotel was absolutely unbearable. We stayed in room 112 and the first thing we noticed was dirt on the sheets and a long black hair next to the pillow, which indicates the sheets have not been washed. There was a very foul odor in the room, I could only describe the scent as just pure nastiness and the room not being properly cleaned for long periods of time. The floors were so dirty our feet became black from walking barefoot. I had to bring my own blanket and pillow because I felt so disgusted by the bedsheets not being washed. I recommend ozoning the rooms so you guys can at least get the smell out, because it was nauseating.

The beds are very uncomfortable. They probably need to be replaced. There is no desk or station to work from. I had to move items to find outlets to plug things in. While moving the nightstand, it was a sticky mess, indicating they only briefly cleaned around items. I am pretty sure there was some mold on one of the lampshades. If I am being honest, this would be more of a 35-dollar-a-night location, not 70. I had no issues with the staff.

The towels were dirty hanging on the rack, the floors were not washed. Dropped a cup of water went to dry it up and the towel came back black

The place smelled musty when you walked into office for check in, it carried over into the room but was mixed with a urine smell. The room had been poorly maintained, sheets were stained, bed springs were uncomfortable, floors dirty and sandy. Bathtub had hair in it, the best part was being woken up by their people mowing grass at 7am, then blowing for another hour. Have to go to the office for coffee, and then for the woman to downplay the noise. Then cut off my conversation when another guest came in to assist them. She stated “I’m not the owner I can’t do anything”. Not worth $50 let alone the $250 we paid.

Second time staying here. The staff is great and accommodating. Only issue is the key cards had to be reset every day. Kind of annoying but took no time. Will definitely stay again

It was fast and easy check in. We were just there to sleep then headed back out.

All staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. You can tell the place has some years on it but I think they have kept it up well. Room was clean and very affordable. The pool is a little small but we were usually the only ones using it.
It's just minutes from everything! I absolutely loved the location. It's right on the strip. There is even a retro video game store, and a good restaurant across the parking lot!

On initial check in, my requested room was not available. Young check in girl made it right. Property is run down. Dead bolt was broken, space under door was not flush to the floor, no room phones but the property was well lit.

We booked this hotel based on the price and reviews stating it was clean. Unfortunately, we checked in and there was a large cockroach in the bathroom. We then noticed there was a one inch plus gap under the door leading outside. We realized that bug probably wasn't alone or soon would be joined by his friends and family. At that point, we checked out. The room was also dirty and the bedding was very thin. We were there probably about 10 minutes. Not a great experience.

There was a roach in the bathroom and a hole in the bottom of the wall by the tub. Because of the weather and the large gap at the bottom of the door our floor was constantly wet. Other than that is was a safe and quiet place for me and my family.

The guy that checked me in was so nice and helped me get into my room an hour early, gave me instructions to the beach and was overall cheerful and friendly! Loved the service and enjoyed the pool.
