We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this hotel. The room was clean , quite, very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast each morning was the best I have had at a hotel. The staff was very friendly. If we are ever in the area will be sure to stay here again

I was traveling for a fencing tournament. The room was comfortable and more than adequate, and, critically, the breakfast was perfect for an athlete. The service was good and the staff were kind.

I arrived prior to the 3pm check in. My room just happened to be ready but I was told that there would be a $40 charge if I checked in before noon & a $20 charge if I checked in between noon and 2pm. Never ever have I heard of this anywhere!! My room was ready and I’m paying for it so why would there be an extra charge?!?!
Room was dirty, ants in the bathroom, bed was horrible! The worst sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel!!! I do not recommend staying here and I never will again!!

Breakfast is awesome, cooked just right, not too oily, not too salty, pancake is yummy, complete breakfast. We feel safe in our stay, location served us well, along the highway but not noisy. The only thing, there’s a stain on my white linen blanket which of course will make you second guess the cleanliness of the sheet. The shampoo and conditioner has no fragrant smell but not a huge issue for us. We will use your hotel if we have to travel that way again.

This was our second stay - the first was about a year ago. The location is very easy to access, located right on the highway. Our room last night faced the highway and we were pleasantly surprised that there was no highway noise. This property is on the outskirts of town, so nothing really within walking distance, but perfect if you're just looking for a comfy and clean place to rest your head for the night. Hotel is very clean (no carpet in the rooms, which i love!) And seems either new or newly renovated. Beds are super comfy and rooms are spacious. Staff is all very friendly and this is becoming our go-to for Aggie games - only about 45mins from Kyle field!

The room was clean and neat. Cute origami towel done of a swan. Air conditioner was a bit loud but overall nice experience and excellent staff. Pool was very clean and had waterfall. We enjoyed a glass of wine poolside in the evening.

We were in town for a baby shower and Best Western was the perfect stop for us. The rooms were spotless. The pool area was very nice and clean. The customer service at breakfast was top notch. The attendant Sherry W. was so attentive and friendly. She was clearing plates and trash for guests. She overheard me telling my son that the apple juice was out and in reality I didn’t know how to work the dispenser. She went and got my son a fresh cup of juice. The only complaint is the beds are sooooo hard, but that’s my opinion.

We came from Houston after being displaced because of Beryl. The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and cool. The fridge was cold too, which was a major plus since we had groceries we didn’t want to lose. Thanks!

I booked this hotel the day I planned to stay there - and due to an error during my booking I booked for the following week. When I arrived I quickly cancelled that booking and rebooked for the same day - no loss to the hotel (booking was in their system for less than 4 hours). When I asked to have the incorrect booking refunded they declined. This is horrible customer service from my perspective and won't consider staying here in the future.

We always have a good experience at Best Western hotels and this was no exception. Check in was easy with a friendly helpful staff. Though our room faced 290 we had no problem with noise. The room was clean with great linens. Included breakfast was tasty with good variety including hot food. The breakfast hostess was friendly and filled us in on local history and sites.
