I’m disappointed in the amount of cost to stay here and what I got in return . I stayed the weekend of the 13-15th . Let me address my many issues . For one the pictures really give the room justice because i don’t know if they edit the pictures or what but when I got to the room I was shocked.It felt dirty and uncomfortable. Two the ants !! the ants were bad they were all over the table even when we didn’t have food out the ants started multiplying the longer we stayed . Three the lights were out from 7am-2pm it was hot I couldn’t do anything I couldn’t charge my phone or get ready . It’s not the fact that the lights were out because things happen it’s the fact that there was no apologies. there were no announcements there was no refund /partial refund I sat in the dark and heat for almost 8hrs and they offered nothing! and then they called my room after saying I needed to make another payment even tho I paid for 2 nights in full already . I’m not a complainer but I will say I am extremely disappointed and wish I could get some kind of refund

The late night check-in lady was fantastic! So friendly, sweet & helpful. She was a bright spot after a very long day of work and 3 hour drive!!!

Had a 2 night stay with my family and it was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

An hotel employee opened my locked hotel room door and stepped in without knocking and permission, intruding my privacy. Horrible experience!!!

No food or complematory breakfast in morning. Cockroches in room. No hot water in morinig on 8/20/23 We are religioue people do not go out without bath. Unfortunately we had to go without bath.

Quiet, friendly, professional and polite staff.

Have to step into shower to turn on water and therefore get wet first, no shelves inside shower for personal toiletries - had to set them on floor. Bed was comfortable. Room needs better lighting.

It’s very noisy. People were playing loud music, the people above us were running and jumping in their room, and you could hear the freeway. On the other side, the staff was nice, rooms were clean, and we got our money’s worth.

Our stay was wonderful!!!! The room was great and spacious the service was excellent would def stay again!!!

I was very satisfied with my stay. Looks like its a new well maintained property.

The people at this hotel are always so friendly and inviting. It makes a huge difference.

Hotel was overbooked so we had to stay in a different room type than what I booked in advance. Luckily there was a sofa bed available and my kids didn't have to sleep on the floor. Other than that, room was fairly clean and comfortable.

This property was advertised as having a restaurant and a bar. It does not. It has a breakfast Starbucks cafe.

It was a good stay for it’s purpose…A clean pool and a update to the Entrance of the property would be great!

I had a really bad experience (and mostly I have good ones)!!I chose a non-smoking room but when I entered the room I realized that somebody smoked (something strong, like a cigar) in the room. When I asked, they said it is a non-smoking hotel. So somebody might have smoked there. It was probably an employee. An employee gets to smoke in a non-smoking room? This is totally un-acceptable. When I asked for a change of room, they said they don't have any one available.Then, whole booking it said there will be free breakfast, but when I went there, they said they don't have breakfast on Sunday mornings (which was when I booked the room for). And they (or hotels.com) didn't bother to update it. Nice!! Plus, we asked for a baby crib. They had one for us, but when we asked them to open it they were unable to do so. Seems it was broken. When we asked for replacement, same story. They didn't have any more.Overall they hotel was filthy and dirty (the carpets and the room). I know there were some upgrades taking place, but that doesn't explain why can't you clean the corridor and the room (carpets/beds) etc. Overall horrible experience. Stay away from this hotel as far as you can!!
