The check-in was OK get up this morning. Take a bath and the water pressure was horrible. The doors does not shut when you close them not enough amenities in bathroom for you.

Very clean with nice amenities. Airport shuttle was running frequently. Onsite bar and restaurant. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The customer service at Four. points is fabulous. We stay there when we fly out of Richmond and every time we have been there the service is great. The front desk, restaurant, shuttle drivers all go out of their way to make a pleasant stay. The hotel is also extremely clean. Cleaner than any other hotel I have ever stayed. Thank you for doing such a great job!

There was a lot of partying until 5 am on the 3rd floor. When leaving there was vomit with caution wet floor signs around it on the carpet that was never cleaned up.

We were very happy with our stay. It's an extremely convenient location and felt safe. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. My only concern was the air conditioning unit which was very loud. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay.

The staff were excellent however the no air conditioning in the lobby and main area is not the type of environment that makes for a good place to work Poor care of facilities ruins it for the employees and guests

Stayed overnight to catch a 6:00 am flight from RIC. Hotel is convenient to the airport. Appears to have been recently renovated. Was able to enjoy a drink at the small bar on-site. Would stay here again.

The hotel was being remodeled in several areas. There was no signage to that effect warning guests of possible safety hazards. One guest wandered into a construction zone and had to push through a makeshift barrier to find his way out.
The remodeled room which we stayed was otherwise beautiful. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed. The bed was comfortable.

I’ll start by saying my room had issues, but the staff was super friendly and understandable and immediately got me into another room. And the room more than met my expectations. Drinks at the bar are also very reasonably priced and the bartender was the best. Would stay again.

To start the whole staff was pleasant AND patient; they were amazing. After putting my bags down I went to the window to try to enjoy some natural air, I got that and then some. As soon as I opened the window it fell off its track, maintenance came to fix it quickly however I was told it wasn’t meant to be open (for context the window had the simplest of locks on it, was not bolted in, and had no signage staring it was to remain closed). The TV could not seem to keep a signal on any channel and took at times five minutes to finish buffering and was the upmost irritating. I was excited for breakfast Sunday morning however found my cheese bacon and spinach omelette was mostly cheese while most of the breakfast itself was either as lightly seasoned as possible or unseasoned.

#1: I had a late flight. I checked out a week ago and left my car at the hotel. Specifically asked for the phone number to get the shuttle and the clerk said no problem about the lateness.
#2: the clerk gave me a card with the manager's phone number highlighted. I called the number and of course it was the manager's day phone. Had to look up on the internet to get the hotel number.
#3: I call the front desk asking for the shuttle, told there is no night shuttle. I ask how am I to get there. Told to take an Uber or taxi...it is midnight.
#4: I check in, ask about the shuttle and told haven’t had a night shuttle for a month.
#5: Get to my room, no tv remote. Had to call front desk and he had to bring me one.

I had a medical emergency, the hotel staff was quick to get medical assistance.I had a diabetic problem.I am sure the manager save my life.If I had not been and found on floor I would had been in very bad trouble. Thank you for the alertness of management.

It's a convenient location to many areas. You could benefit by changing the parking, maybe a deck. Overall it was quiet, EXCEPT for one guest room slamming the door several times after midnight.

Options limited, but the property was nice. Rooms need a little touch up, but over all a good value.

Property didn’t have a real restaurant as advertised that was open. The airport shuttle did not run 24/7 as advertised but they did come through and get a driver to make a 5 AM run which apparently we were all expecting when we made our reservations.

I judge any hotel by the cleanliness first and then the comfort of the bed. This hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfy!! The staff was friendly and gave us great information on a place to eat! Would definitely stay here again!
