The bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows and the ac worked great. Breakfast was excellent!!!!!! Pool was closed and there were ants in our room!!! When we checked in the person behind the desk was a little rude and when we checked out that person knew about the ants already!!!

Clean comfortable room. Easy access off I 40 for traveling. Refrigerator was super cold and freeEr worked which was a plus! Pool and ice machines were out of order. Night hospitality staff was not friendly or personable. Day Hospitality desk person didn’t Say anything but there was a very pretty black housekeeper that greeted us this morning. Friendly and personable. Promote her to hospitality desk. The guy the night before was more interested in sitting over on the couch with his phone. Breakfast was good

Hotel was nice and clean. Very comfortable. Love the pillows.

The only thing that I didn't like was the showers you couldn't stand up without almost falling cause the bottom was uneven like it was sitting on pipes or something.

The check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean. The curtains don't close, and there's a light right outside our window. Not ideal, but overall seems like a nice room. Breakfast was yummy, with lots of options. It was kept well stocked and clean. Overall great stay.

Clean, on the beaten path, walking distance to many eating locations. The room we had was handicapped accessible and up to date. We checked in after 2 am and was up at 9 for breakfast next door at Cracker Barrel.

Weather was good. Wish the pool was opened because that was the reason why we picked the hotel. Of the pool is closed they should put someplace in the remarks that it’s closed. Other than that the stay was good. I do want to say the people at the front desk were polite and very helpful. Thanks for the good stay.

Check in was quick. Beds were comfortable. The best dining options are in the town of Dickson. One 19 Craft Kitchen was excellent. Good food, beer, and live music. We had Beer Cheese Sliders and BBQ Pizza Flatbread. Delicious! There is also Zanders Pizza which was packed on a Thursday night with people waiting outside. Skip the chains by the interstate and go in town for good local cuisine. And for dessert check out Katie's Ice Cream Shop.

Good clean room - good value for what we needed

Comfortable and convenient. Easy to find and has an elevator for those of us with mobility challenges. Tidy and quiet made it a very nice stop. Breakfast was delicious.

It was for one night, but was great. Loved the Lemon Water in the lobby. And freely used the luggage carts.

The first room I was in was dirty! I have pictures of the food and trash left in the room. Went down to the front and they moved to another room. That room,the toilet was broken I was told they had no one who could fix it till the next day. They never fixed the toilet. The room was moldy smelling. I was there for my sons wedding and this hotel was less than except able. They did credit me one night stay but I feel it should have been totally refunded. The did not have anyone fix the toilet. I had to go down stairs to use the bathroom. I was on the third floor. First room 322 and the second room was 304. Cameron the front desk supervisor told me he would credit me back but because it’s done through 3 rd party he couldn’t take action.

Stayed on third (top) floor. Very quiet. No traffic noise from highway. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom Nice towels. Decent breakfast. Hot oatmeal and scrambled eggs and of course the standard Belgian waffle maker. Yogurt, apple sauce, string cheese. Like most hotels though there were not gluten free labeled items.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn. We read reviews and this one seemed to get the best ones and now we know why! It was very clean, was a large room with a couch. We were very impressed with the huge vanity and mirror as you walk in. It is the sink and vanity area for the bathroom and was a great use of the space! We would definitely stay there again!

Would stay here again only down fall is Wi-Fi was bad

Front desk man didn’t bother to stand or barely look at me when I checked in. When I came looking for ice maker, he stayed on his phone (sitting on lobby couch) and told me it was on third floor. I was on first. Friendly service mitigates third floor inconvenience, but there was none. Also, pool out of service. Not a biggie for me, but if I had children, it would be serious!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I noticed was that the hair blow dryer would not stay on the wall. The screws wouldn’t hold it. Also some of the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off.

The hotel only had 1 ice machine and the clerk at the desk said it hadn’t worked in over a month. I reserved a suite and got put into a “pet friendly” room. The tv in the room wasn’t working correctly and when I spoke to clerk about it, they brushed it off. I am in hotel EVERY week for work and this has got to be one of the worst ones I’ve been in. I will not be staying at that comfort inn again.

Good stay overall. Booked a stay at a hotel and made sure they had a pool so my kids were very disappointed when we checked in and the pool was closed. Bathroom was very clean and nice but room had a dirty nasty sock under the corner of the bed and nightstand had a sticky coke can ring on it from previous people but fridge was clean and beds were nice. Large tv was nice and pillows were comfy.

Dog friendly! Staff was great!

Just a cross country stop over. All was well.
