Hotel is great and the staff is nice ... however the 16th Street Mall is under massive construction and super unpleasant. It's populated by plenty of folks with challenges and no police anywhere. There is a $44 a night parking fee.

Our room was great! We were there for the parade and our room gave us a great view when we got too cold standing outside. Everyone we encountered was gracious and the location can’t be beat!

We only stayed one night but everything was nice. The front desk clerk was exceptional. She answered all of our questions about after hours food and beverage services. Upon our return, she remembered us and offered wine options from their 24 hour kiosk.

Very nice, from the lobby to my room. Excellent staff.
My only complaint is that the business center was hit and miss. Great coffee shop in the building. Also a very good Mexican restaurant in the building. Right across the street from Rock Bottom Brewery, which is a great sports bar and good food options.

This property is located in the heart of the 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver. Easy wallking to Coor's Field and many resturants and coffee shops are close by.
The mall is under reconstruction, but it didn't negatively affect our stay.

Listing was different than what was actually on property. No Restaurant no Bar. Tried to cancel even with insurance Unable to cancel and no help on website or phone number for Expedia. Very Disappointed!!!

Nice location. Rooms are updated. Construction outside on street currently but had no noise on weekends. Sam’s No. 3 down street is great for breakfast.

I stayed here for access to the Colorado Convention Center and it was a great location. The staff were excellent, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
The property is older but the room was pretty comfortable and very clean, and the lobby area was up to date.
I was disappointed that there wasn't a proper fridge, only a drink cooler fridge that could only be run for a couple hours at a time. My room was also near the elevator, and it was noisy, as was the air conditioning. But overall it was an enjoyable stay.

The location is perfect for down town activities and amazing shopping places at walkable distance. Their customer service is awesome and great city view from the room. They have really good in house Mexican food restaurant. We were there for weekend and had great time due to how convenient location was and their great customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We would definitely visit again in future and stay at this hotel. Thank you to hotel staff for making this weekend trip memorable.

Nice property - convenient location. My main drawback was my room faces into the hotel so no natural light. Otherwise a comfortable stay with good service.

The area around is under immense construction and our window faced the interior of the lobby. The place itself served its purpose though a place to crash while in town for a show.

Parking is NOT OK. There are not enough parking spots for this hotel. There is so much construction around the hotel getting to it was a challenge. Had to park off site. Still charged for parking.

7 squares On the ceiling were not uniform and looked like they were covering holes where they might’ve had some water leaks in our room. Looks like a patch job.

Friendly staff and clean room. It was within walking distance of Union Station and the bars and restaurants around it. Only bad part was all the street construction around the hotel but that was manageable with google maps.

The room and bathroom appeared clean, but when I was in the shower, there was a suspicious curly hair on the shower wall. The mattress was really firm and not very comfortable. But Joey at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful!

We booked the king suite. The furniture was mismatched and looked like something you could pick up at Goodwill. Within walking distance to Coors Field and Union Station.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable by the third night we had to find another hotel. Everything else was perfect! The help was incredibly nice and helpful.

Property and room was really good. If you have a big truck it's tough because there's no parking and the garage is only 6'8". I had to park in an open city parking area and was nervous all night.

A nice stay in downtown Denver. Only downside is the construction happening around the property and the limited on-site parking.

Just being a country boy. could do without being in downtown city. That being said, this is the most friendly and accomidating staff I have ever seen at a hotel.
