Our first day, we arrived to a room with no toilet paper, blankets, or linens. Not only did we have to request these items but were walked to the store room by the staff to pick up these necessities to carry back to our room ourselves. In the several days we stayed, our room was not serviced, cleaned, or stocked once. In addition, there was constant construction being performed, which should not have been an issue, but it started at 7am every day and was directly next to our room. Plus the workers keeping the only elevator open meant that guests were unable to use it and were left waiting for long periods of time or forced to take the stairs from multiple floors up.

This motel is under major construction should’ve been noted on the reservation page. They also want to charge a $25 pet fee, which was not disclosed prior. Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. TV didn’t work on the room. We asked for a refund and left.

This hotel is being renovated. The improved rooms are great except not quite complete. The lighting and seating in our King room was very good. There were no glasses or ice bucket. I got them from the front desk. The Micro wave and refrigerator were not yet installed. No coffee available in the lobby. Really? They couldn't figure out a coffee service? The check in person was wonderful, got us an early check in making our visit to our friends birthday party much easier and more pleasant. Staff were great, I spoke with 3. I believe that this will be an excellent place to stay once the remodel is complete. Breakfast was a bag with an apple, energy bar, apple juice, and a high calorie muffin full of chemical preservatives. I would suggest a small chit to a nearby fast food place instead. At least folks could get a cup of coffe and something hot to eat.

Ive stayed at this hotel before, staff always great as it was for this trip. However, hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed for maintenance. Would have been nice to know that before booking. I would have book another hotel.

It would have been nice to know the hotel is under construction before booking the stay. It was only one night so we tolerated it. Breakfast advertised when booking but in reality, a "to go" bag was the only option which was disappointing. I know this was due to construction, but had we known all of this in advance, we definitely would have made a different choice. To add insult to injury, there was no bedspread/comforter on the bed which may have been a good thing in the end. Also, our toilet didn't flush properly and it did stop up. I had to use the men's bathroom -- single stall -- since the women's was locked the whole time. (my husband was in ours) Luckily there was a plunger in the restroom since the toilet stopped up and had to plunge it myself. Took the plunger to our room where I am currently trying to unclog our toilet and avoid throwing up. Yes, I know I could have called staff, but why bother. Maybe after construction, this may be a nice place but until then, I would definitely discourage staying here unless you are desperate.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Motel is undergoing a big renovation, so dining area was closed, however they did provide a nice bag breakfast.
