We had booked 2 different nights but had made two different bookings due to our plans changing. We had hoped they could just put us in the lesser of the 2 rooms for the duration. They couldn't, or at least the person at the desk couldn't. They did say that we could switch to the other room early in the morning but that didn’t happen. Luckily they were able to get us in around 1 so it was earlier than standard checkin time. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. Tons of foreigners were crowdind the breakfast area and couldn’t figure things out. Our first room had the tv connected with the lights so when the lights were turned off, the TV went off. Our second room, we found a baby roach wandering around the bathroom. None of the tubs drained well. Overall it was a decent place to stay with our family.

Lovely convenient location for hiking this area

My room was small, overpriced and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The hall carpets are worn out. Basically, the place is an overpriced dump. Breakfast was ok though.

It was the most tired unattractive Old worn down WRONGLY RATED Hotel we have ever stayed at. We have used Hotels across America and Canada as we have traveled 48 states in Canada by car for the last five summers and never once said, we stayed disgusting.

It was ok. Noisy for my traveling companion, dirty carpet in hallway , and funny smell in my room did not make it 100% pleasing , however. Where do we find a nicer place in Antelope Canyon next time ?

Someone had clearly been smoking in the room, and the windows were screwed shut and couldn't be opened. We were utterly exhausted and to go through the process of changing rooms was , at that time , too much. Just wish the windows could be opened

It was a very nice hotel very comfortable and the location was amazing

Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but we would have appreciated some sunbeds since there were only chairs and tables. There was noice outside because of a restaurant but they were calm after 10 pm and we had earplugs in the room so it was very nice. Staff was nice and the room very cleaned.

Pretty clean property. Friendly staff. The mini fridge barely worked so I didn't get to keep my insulin cold with the fridge like I had planned. Decent amenities.

Property was off the beaten path but looked nice in the lobby area. My room was extremely small and at the end of the hall near stairs so it was noisy. The sink didn’t drain well and shower had mold in the corners but it was big enough to sleep

Our stay was great! The only reason I gave a 4/5 on cleanliness was because the carpet felt somewhat damp/foamy. Hard to explain but I think a good clean will fix that easily. We loved our stay and the staff were very sweet.

We we’re a bit to early, at 14 pm. The room wasn’t ready but we asked them if we could wait a hour at the pool. This was not possible and they send us away. We taught that this is not a service that we can expect at this budget. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was okayish.

The room was filthy, smelly, and stuffy and we were in 3rd floor which is pet animals are not allowed on that floor, but in the middle of the night the dog kept barking non stop. I complained but nothing happened so we checked out 3 days early. Highly not recommended!!
