Very near to the Metz station. Only draw back is no kettle in the room, which is a little bit inconvenient during winter. Staff were very nice and welcoming.

Last minute booking on a road trip thru the region. Nice room with welcomed air conditioning. Perfect location within walking distance of great restaurants and sight seeing.

Great stay here! Everybody was so lovely, and no hesitation to accommodate all of our needs, even offering to seat us elsewhere at breakfast and helping with suggestions to make our stay better! I absolutely recommend this accommodation for your next visit to Metz!

Excellent! We had train delays coming out of Paris to Luxemburg. We ended up in Metz, late, thirsty and needing a place to stay. We chose the Best Western. What a great choice! We were promply greated, quickly checked in and offered refreshments ... even at this late hour. Our room was very clean, comfortable and eco-friendly. We will return. Thanks for a great experience after a terrible train experience.

The hotel is located across street from train station so it is convenient of traveling by train. Only issue to be aware of is no air conditioning which in summer May be uncomfortable. Hotel is clean and staff very helpful.

Adequate hotel but two star rather than three. Condition verging on poor, rooms small, toilet in a cupboard. Adequate yes, but no more. Not suitable if looking for 3-star quality. Breakfast not recommended.

Good hotel close to train station. Room was clean. Garage parking was available round the corner for very reasonable fee.

I went with my family and two kids. Hotels.com sent me a confirmation but somehow they also canceled mine without notice. The girl at the reception went beyond expectations to give us a room, ensure parking is safe walking over in the rain. I will certainly go back to say hi to her.

We booked a night on the way back from Italy at short notice. Easy to find and check-in, the owners are really nice and they offer off-street parking about 100m away in a yard behind some buildings.
The room was spacious, at the front of the building facing the station but the double glazing and shutters kept the noise to a minimum. The bathroom was a good size with twin sinks.
The room was clean and quite comfortable.
On a downside, the bed sheet had a hole in it and this particular room looks as if it could benefit from a bit of modernising.
It was perfectly ok for a night.

Very nice little hotel I found the beds to be extremely firm but comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best and certainly isn’t worth €9 euro plus tax but apart from the breakfast I would recommend this hotel if anyone is just looking for somewhere to stay

The location is ideal for a quick stop at Metz as it is just in front of the hotel. The staff were really kind and made me feel welcomed.
