This hotel may have had 5* in the past and could again possibly with a little refurb. The staff & service was great, as the location. I would have liked a kettle in the room and our pillows were very flat although the bed was very comfortable.

It was okay, am only upset that the rooms don’t have working air conditioning. Always too warm especially at night. I was sweating all night

Wi-Fi signal was very weak in my room. I asked the front desk multiple times to address the issues and they made promises but the problems remained for the 3 days I was there. My colleagues in other rooms had the same issues.

One of the worst stays of my life its only good if you need somewhere to stay for a night if you have no other option or if you are there for business otherwise would not recommend.

Very good ratio price/quality. Garage in the hotel Only "issue": in the booking confirmation it is mentioned that as a gold member we were eligble to a room upgrade. The hotel wAs not aware. Anyway our room was very nice except there was no minibar and no coffee/tea set

Very tidy located in a calm city.

Assortment with breakfast is great. The staff is very nice but they barely speak English. The hotel rooms are not as advertised on Expedia, they don’t have rooms with 2 double beds, are very outdated and there is no airconditioning at this hotel.We didn’t receive VIP benefits. There is no parking available for hotel guests, only the city garage (15euros per night).

Good location close to the city, and friendly staff. We got an upgrade to the executive room. The room was huge (bathroom too), but the bed was too soft and bouncy, and there were no coffee making facilities. For the money they charge, i’d expect that at the very least.

Lovely stay! Polite & helpful reception who upgraded us due to a large wedding event. —great location for walking to interesting landmarks and cozy restaurants. We will return!

Good location. Checkin was smooth despite last min booking. Staff helpful & cheerful from reception to restaurant, including the Chef prepping the yummy eggs & waffles station. Breakfast selection extensive.

The Steigenberger Remarque was easy to access with the car, yet absolutely centrally located. It appears to have undergone a recent renovation and offered complimentary wifi in the rooms, and fruit and flavored water at the reception. An interesting option that the restaurant offered was the possibility to buy suggested wines at regular market price to take away.

The Remarque Hotel is a very pleasant hotel at a good location. It is on walking distance from the old center of Osnabruck. It was my second stay and I stayed there for four nights this time . The building is light and tasteful. The staff is friendly and efficient. I had a large room with a view over the old town. The bed was comfortable. The fixtures in a bathroom are a bit tired (the shower in the bath) and need replacement. The breakfast is very luxurious with good quality products for its price, and lots of healthy alternatives and choices. The space around the breakfast buffet is a bit narrow, especially when the hotel is full during the weekend, guests are getting in each other's way easily. I enjoyed staying in this hotel and can recommend it.
