The room was filthy. For starters the bathroom was littered with mold and pubic hairs, around the toilet base and in the shower. The shower door was missing and instead of replacing they put a moldy shower curtain in its place. Secondly, the room had trash under the desk. The fridge didn’t work and the door had a visible 1/4-1/2” gal init to the hallway. Had a rowdy bunch of kids runny back in forth upstairs from our room from midnight to 6am. Banging and jumping and laughing. Told the front desk and nothing was done about it despite being “quiet hours”. The bedding given for the pull out sofa was ripped and smelt as if it hasn’t been washed in a month. Overall very disappointed in the room and amenities. Only thing that eased the high price tag was exceptional service from the kid at the front named Thomas.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was just somewhat weird that there was no hand soap in the room. There was body gel, shampoo & conditioner but no hand soap.

My stay was excellent. We were checked in easily. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and Vee was the best at what she does. Felt like I was at home.

We had a quick overnight trip to see a ball game. It is very close to the ball park and many other attractions. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night’s sleep. All the staff was very nice and made us feel welcome.

I used the Hotels.com app for the first time. I had seen their advertisement on T.V. and I figured that I would check it out. Turns out that I found that the app is easy to navigate, and am able to look at reviews that prior customers. I found the hotel to be clean other than the elevators. I don't pin this point on the hotel, but I blame it on parents by allowing their children to get out of the pool then walk in to the hotel with wet clothes dripping water on the elevator and floors. All in all, we had a great time and experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the ATT Stadium was 4 minutes from the hotel, hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast food was great, having plenty options of food to chose from. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel has an outside pool which is nice for kids.

While the front desk guy was very good, it was not a good stay. I was on the 3rd floor and when I got to my room (late), I realized that the ceiling was covered in a swarm of insects. So I had to move down a floor which took a while (I had to go through all of my clothes). That TV's support was broken in the new room and the water cooler and elliptical in the gym were broken. Generally a run down property. The manager promised me points but when I emailed him later to follow up, he didn't respond. Very disappointing as I've stayed in other Springhills and they were good.

I would highly recommend Springhill in Arlington. Rooms are very nice, quiet, and most of all CLEAN. Front desk was very nice and helpful. We love a great deal (price point) on a hotel stay, and this place was spot on. Very reasonable with the price, clean and kind staff. Breakfast was an absolute plus. Many places offer weak coffee and a waffle. Springhill offered eggs, sausage, oatmeal and other healthy options.

The manager Kim was very helpful and went above and beyond in accommodating us with getting to and from the Ranger’s stadium and the hotel by telling us of some options. She then gave us tickets for the Trolley. It was PERFECT and made our entire day so much easier. She is very caring to her guests. We Will stay at Spring Hill again if we are in the area mostly because of her!

The property was direct across the street to Hurricane harbor which would make it easy to walk there instead of paying for parking.
Breakfast was terrible only had sausage, powder eggs.
Need to add more like bacon, waffles, pancakes and etc.

The hotel was located close to 6Flags and AT&T stadium but it smelt like mold in our room. The rooms were clean just a little outdated. Our shower had a huge crack in it but again the hotel was clean and nice for the price to stay

Brilliant location -walk across road and you are in Hurricane Harbour.There is a free trolley service that can take you to six flags and Texas live where you are next to Globelife stadium and the Dallas Cowboys stadium

Great location and the trolley was an added bonus. We used the trolley for our ride to and from Globe Life Field. The staff (especially Traci) was very helpful with our questions about the area and she was super nice and friendly! Only complaint was a bag of trash that apparently had been gathered from a room that had been cleaned earlier that stayed out in the hallway for the duration of our stay. Otherwise our room was clean and the bed/pillows quite comfortable.

Room was clean and spacious enough for my family of 6. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wish they had a waffle or pancake maker for breakfast and the last day we ledt we had no hot water.

We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned, even when we asked it to be cleaned. Not much of breakfast choice. Room stunk, toilet didn't flush well.

Hi! The staff was amazing! The pool was a beautiful relief to the Texas heat, but here’s my honest thoughts. Attention to detail matters. Poolside there was an old carpet that should have been in the dumpster. Also there was broken patio furniture that needed to go into the dumpster. Two small jobs that would have changed the image of the outside space. Also, the patio furniture was mismatched, missing cushions, and scorching hot, and there was only one patio umbrella in the whole area. For less than $1,000.00, this would have been a more favorable note. Thanks for listening. Texas was awesome!

This hotel needs serious repairs. Leaking roof in breakfast area, tv's and ceiling fans that did not work. Our carpet and sofa was damp, the room had a musty smell. We noticed after sleeping in the bed the next morning that the cover over the box springs was stained.

Hotel property was good location in relation to the theme parks. Area has a lot of dining options and mall near by for shopping. Hotel staff/front desk attendant was extremely polite and informative of the area, all points based around her performance. Hotel definitely needs upgrades but great rates and service made it worth while.

I like the property and the customer service given by rhe staff but we had no hot water on any of the days we were there and had an elderly person in our party. Other than that, great!
