The rooms and bedding were visually dirty. Bathroom drains were clogged. Dog was barking for over an hour before management did anything.

Room was just okay, tv worked sometimes, bathroom had a leak from the bathroom above that was dripping

They did have free breakfast

The continual texting regarding our stay was annoying. Pre- registering as requested by text was a waste of time altogether.

I stayed here for work and pleasure so I got the suite. There was water damage around the jetted tub, hard water stains on the tub and multiple missing tiles around the edge. The edge of the tub surround does not meet up with the carpet sides. This is a huge safety hazard. There are no usable outlets by the “work” station and no light by it either. No outlets by the bed. I won’t stay here again. Not worth the $100.

Accommodations were fine. Need grab bars in bath tubs. Employees were very nice.

The room was fairly comfortable but needed a little TLC with cosmetic things like paint on the wall and the bathtub. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property management was efficient and friendly. Good value for an overnight stay.

My room was well equipped with ample pillows, towels, a fridge, microwave, tv, desk, 3 chairs and the queen sized bed. I did not partake but breakfast choices appeared to be: waffles, muffins, toast, cereal and fruit. Staff all extremely kind and helpful.

Clean comfortable and affordable

One of the better budge properties, and certainly the best Super 8 I’ve stayed at in memory. I stayed at this property twice in a week (coming/going from elsewhere). Clean, everything works, bed was comfortable. Walkable (a mile/1.6km) to town or Shakespeare Festival through neighborhoods, I really like that. Only thing that bugged me was the desk clerk (son of the owners I think) gave me a great, Upstairs, quiet room the first time, and on my repeat visit recognized me and gave me the worst room in the property (ground floor with the oft-used ice machine literally outside the door). Not what I expect as a quiet, well mannered repeat guest. He claimed they were sold out…I suspect they give better rooms to people who book directly as the hotel keeps more of the money. Regardless, I will stay again.

This hotel is very close to the Shakespeare Festival, which was nice finishing late at night. It is also close to fast food, gas and the freeway entrances. But, there were a few malfunctioning things such as the elevator and bathroom sink. I would stay again, but just for a night or two for convenience.

Last minute booking. Super 8 is an inconsistent brand in my experience, and this property is far better than what I’ve come to expect from the brand. Pleasantly surprised and would return. Room worked great, bed and pillows comfy. Young man who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. Easy on/off I-15 and plenty of free parking! Also walkable to SUU and the Utah Shakespeare Festival.

They should turn in the air units before you arrive.

This is a nice hotel with a warm and harmonious atmosphere that makes people relax. I want to give people the feeling of home.

Tired and needs to be updated. It was dark inside and hot upon arrival. It took many hours to cool down.

The bathroom needed several repairs. The breakfast beeded improved. The towels and washcloths had holes in them. The shower handles kept coming off.

This particular room was amazing

I've stayed here several times. For the price, it's a good value. Safe and reasonable in every way.

Not clear at all breakfast are chairs dirty counter top for food not clear, toaster broke, floor dirty. In the room dust all over. Very small tv. Milk left out side on the counter no refrigerator at all by breakfast. Rotten apples. Small towels can not cove yourself. Then do not clean room every day. I would not stay any more.
