Room needed upgrade. Flooring was not well laid in the bathroom and sink areas. The tub needed to be replaced. The edging around the walls where they met the flooring was poorly done. The beds were adequately comfortable and clean. The table and 2 chairs looked like school furniture. There were places on the nicely installed flooring in the entry/ bed area that looked like smears of feces. It must have been carelessly applied glue. I looked disturbingly un clean.

Great service, excellent location, very clean and quiet. Not at all understanding some of the previous negative reviews. Bed was huge, room was spotless, 20 minutes from Blacksburg and totally quiet. This will be my go to whenever I go visit.

overall very good stay. very nice front desk people both am and pm very fast and easy check in and check out. very clean room, comfy bed. the motel itself quiet and in a very convenient location. the only issue i had it was a bit difficult to sleep as you hear the noise from the road and the curtains are dense but short, so there is light peaking through at the top and the bottom. other than that great place, no issues

you get what you pay for. well lit parking area. good places to walk dog. bathroom floor grout probably never scrubbed. neighbors cooked out w smoke flooding several units (not very neighborly).

I booked 2 rooms several months ago. When i got to the hotel they could only find 1 room. I proved i had 2 rooms because i printed out the receipt and had the confirmation # in my phone. Can't figure that out. No coffee in the room. No shampoo.

Great location but their property is triable. When you get in the room you will see everything cracked. Wall, table, bath top, sink, wall connector… and floor is not clean at all. Do not walk without shoes.

The manager was delightful! He was super friendly and efficient and pleasant. But the property is a dive and my door wouldn't lock properly so my dog was trying to get out. There was trash outside on the grounds. The furniture was rickety. But for a cheap place at least the staff was great.

Property is old, not very clean, and is need of a compIete tear down and rebuild. Besides that, the property was not cleaned very well and I did see a cockroach in the tub, so apparently has not been sprayed in a timely manner. So, buyer beware!

This is an average motel...renovated, but rough around the edges. Seemed clean enough. The A/C wasn't plugged in & we couldn't even find the outlet. Had to call the front desk and he had to lie on the ground to get to it. It was ok for 1 night, but I wouldn't want to stay longer. One plus was it had a couch and a small table with two chairs. On a main road, so close to dining, etc.

There are two men that work front desk onebwith glasses another witha smile thst matches his kindness. They are the only reason i would go back. On the other hand the smoking rooms are just disgusting and look as if they genuinely dont care for the rooms. Holes in the wall and walls are filthy. An individual with a mustache that worked that day was rude and held no personality as well as did not see issues with saidbroom. All in all it was abplace tonstaybbut ibwill not recommend a smoking room indont understsnd why those tooms are worse as if we are treated lower. The rooms are the same price ans ice been in the nonskmoking before 10x better.

This was without question the worst property I’ve ever stayed. It was tremendously dirty. Downright disgusting actually. It smelled. The air conditioning was deafening. The sheets and towels were cheap and dirty. The area outside our room and around the property was littered with trash. I understand that it’s a low end property but that doesn’t mean it should be dirty, smelly and unsafe.

My second stay here because it is halfway to my Dad's house in NJ. It's a two star hotel meaning it's just somewhere to stop.
The beds are SUPER uncomfortable. Not just a little so if you have a bad back not good.
No amenities like a decent towel or soaps It's just there and good if you have pets

On my way back from Florida this was our mid-trip stop. Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable. I was not impressed that the smoke alarm was not installed before we arrived. It was laying on a shelf. Major safety violation. But overall the room was fine.

Quiet, surprisingly given it's proximity to i81. Main room was as pictured. Clean, with a mini fridge and microwave. Outer wasroom ok. Bath, toilet area not in such good condition. Toilet didn't seem to be attached to the floor.

The property itself is doable for such a cheap price, for just a day or so. That being said, not great. Mattress is thin spring but not the worst, I found mold on the AC unit, and some things were installed improperly and/or hanging off of the wall in an unprofessional or unsafe manner. You can make it work but it’s not ideal by any means

I've probably stayed in 25 different Motel 6s around the country and this was easily bottom 3 ever. If I could show you my pictures of the bathroom your skin would crawl. Horrible property, even for the price.

This is a hard one to rate because i think it's under construction. You might want to call to see if you get a new room, if not stay away. I will say check it was super easy and staff was very nice. The area was very quiet. We were just passing though and needed a place to sleep. The beds are very clean and we did sleep good. The shower was so gross so we didn't take showers. Once it's all redone it will be a nice place to stay!
