Excellent hotel for a few days

The staff members were very pleasant and the hospitality was great. I would refer any friends or family to this hotel. What i didn't like was the fee for parking.

Our stay was fine and the beds were comfortable. We would have appreciated having a few more hooks/towel rods in the bathroom and a larger countertop. Would stay again!

My room wasn’t clean and it was only on checking out they told me it was every other day it gets cleaned. The front desk receptionist when I asked her if I can get a later check out her attitude was stink. That was my last trip to Miami honestly it wasn’t even worth it

I would have loved a memory foam mattress and pillow.

Was in town for business and was able to eork in peace on the premises. Bed was super comfy as well. Would go back again!

I also appreciated the well-designed workspace, which made it easy for me to catch up on some work during my stay. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, enhancing the overall ambiance of the room. The hotel offers a range of amenities that cater to both relaxation and productivity. The outdoor pool area was a perfect retreat after a busy day of shopping and sightseeing.

Pleasant facility with great staff. Replaced my air conditioner when it broke during 90+ degree weather. Cleaned room daily (and didn’t have to ask).

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night It was a faulty sensor or something according to maintenance Then the smoke detector beeped every few minutes so I couldn’t sleep They had to send someone to replace the batteries
