Had a bit of an issue when the heating system triggered the smoke alarm but the staff was very sweet and gave us a new room super quick! I would stay here again.

I loved this hotel and unfortunately cannot stay again. The hotel itself is immaculate and staff amazing. Unfortunately surroundings concerning. On a walk, there was a knife thrower in the park (sketchy looking) almost accross the street. We heard a gunshot (I thought it was a car backfiring) until we found bullet casing in the parking lot. A homeless man was trying to set up camp in the grassy dog area. Staff responded to that immediately and the man left. I know none of these aspects is the hotels fault. I wish the location could be moved about 5 blocks away!!! Very sad I cannot stay there again.

Walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbors well. Get a room away from the highway, because you can hear that all night as well. The air conditioner’s fan was broken and very loud. They offered to move us, but it was late and we declined.

The front desk clerk was excellent (Trayvon).

Staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Housekeeping Supervisor came to room to make sure everything was ok.
Bed was very uncomfortable and sofabed was old and stained.

Management and staff were excellent! Everyone was helpful, friendly and accommodating.The hotel was clean and the breakfast was acceptable. Room was another story.The mattress was terrible with a big sink hole that made it impossible to get much sleep. The furniture was lacking as the drawers kept opening by themselves.(Kind of spooky)Hotel in need of an overhaul room wise.

The staff was nice . The thing I didn’t like was the fact that for a Marriott the bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were horrible ! Not enough on the bed . The breakfast wasn’t great either

From the time that we checked in to the time we checked out Greet it with a smile, anything we needed. They had it right there and then Breakfast was awesome, awesome manager when cameain't in? Ask everybody how they were doing. Make sure the area was cleand everybody was happy. We've been people that were staying there. We're very nice and polite as well. Definitely will be back

The property was very clean and well cared for. Alla was outside often making sure things were .maintained. She was very friendly and helpful as was all the staff. Treyvon carried my laundry for me and other staff were understanding when I key locking myself out of my room. Unfortunately, my rental car was hit by another car and I had to file a police report on the hit and run, which prevented me from getting medical help for a breathing problem for a day. All I all, though my stay was a quiet comfortable place to recuperate from my illness. I will definitely come back!

The view of the mountains is beautiful. The property is well maintained. Salt was put down on sidewalks after a snow storm. I would come here again. All the staff were friendly and helpful!

We reserved a suite which had an extra sitting are. There were 2 large tv’s in the room . Neither of them worked the entire time we were there. The seal in the window was broken as well. It was cold and snowing. We just turned the heat up to compensate for the cold air coming from the window. The outside temperature was 30 degrees. A lady from the front desk did come and try to reset the direct tv, however nothing worked. She was very nice, she said other rooms were having the same problem. Today at breakfast, the refrigerator in the dining hall overheated and was removed while we were there. All of the staff we interacted with were very polite and friendly.

Nice stay. Staff was excellent. Surprise about “”Destination Fee”. $4 a day. I expect All fees to be covered when paying online. $4 is not big, but what if it was $20. And I was not told about it!

Everything was good about the hotel except the location. Right next to the freeway and VERY loud. Not something the staff could control but made fir a riugh night sleep.

It felt like home the only problems we had were the outside light shined in the room need better curtains the pool was closed and there was a puppy barking from 3am to 6am

My room was showing its age. The carpet was unraveling near the seam in the middle of the room. Everything else, in the room, was good.
I liked the fact that they had GF items for breakfast! Nice job!

It was a very nice clean hotel. Breakfast every morning the coffee was delicious! The only complaint I have is the pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance and it would’ve been nice to know before booking!
