Upon check in, something is strange, it took frontdesk over 30 minutes to check in the group in front of me. I finally realized this place has broken elevator, we were told that and our room is at 2nd floor, no way to change it. It was a bit after 3pm. No way all rooms at first floor were filled. The front desk lady does not seems to know hotel floor plan well, she gave us the long route to drag suitcase along the hallway to get our assigned room. We did not receive any warning about broken elevator ahead of time. I saw older people dragged suitcase to upstairs. Room is outdated. Breakfast is so so, worst of all best western we stayed throughout this trip. Later I found out the elevator was broken for many days on Google review. The management not making announcements prior to checkin time in the message I received a day before. What a shame to this hotel management. Last, this hotel charges the highest deposit among all best westerns we stayed during our 2 weeks trip in Oregon.

Unfortunately, we were placed in a room that had not been cleaned. It had the appearance that it had been cleaned until we found the body hair in the bed as we pulled the sheets back. Staff was diligent is helping get us relocated to a different room.

The property was, clean quiet and convenient, however, the elevator was broken for our 3 night stay. I didn't mind, but my elderly mother was staying with us, and even though I had called the day before to request a room on the 1st floor, the property wasn't able to accommodate us. It was very difficult for my mother to get up and down the stairs, and it would have been impossible for her to get her luggage to her room if we hadn't been there to help her.

Spent quite a bit of time in the room as my husband and I had allergies acting up. The room was clean and quiet. The elevator was out for most of our stay but it only made it hard to take our bag down when we left. All of the staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was staffed by the nicest guy named Leroy. He made sure everyone had everything they needed and always greeted each person coming in. By the end of our week stay he and my husband were buddies.

The person who checked us in acted as if I've never been to a hotel before and was quite condescending. We also overheard a family complaining that their room had not been cleaned and properly turned over from the previous patron. The lady checking us in had to go check if our room was clean and ready. They seemed poorly organized for sure.

The property sits next to the freeway. The front desk staff are rude and obviously not happy with their job! When we got to our room there was hair in the bathtub and no hot water, the other room smelled like dog pee. The pool was nice until they held a pool party, so we had to leave! All in all it was not good!

The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and updated. Had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker that made everything extra easy for our family. Wasn’t anything to complain about with the room or service. The pool was great, but they only had three chairs to sit on at the time we were there. We were with a group and happened to have camping chairs for our trip so we brought those in! In their defense, we didn’t inquire about extra chairs. Pool was clean and bigger than most.
Housekeeping was awesome and very friendly. Most hotels we stay at lately have not offered daily cleaning, but this hotel did! Thank you! Breakfast was good as well.

Have stayed here a number of times, always clean and quiet and welcoming. We did have some minor technical issues with TV and phone in our room, but were promptly transferred to a nearby room.
Staff at reception were extremely helpful, especially Ida who was most happy to help us out with the room transfer and welcome us to the property.

We had a very nice stay here. Room was clean, lots of towels and some were large and fluffy. We were able to walk to dinner which was a big plus after being in the car all day. Location was in a good area and had lots of curb appeal.

When I arrived, I waited nearly 30 minutes in line. There was only one person checking people in. Then when I finally got into my room, the bathroom door was locked, so I had to go back downstairs and wait in line again. Also, the light above the vanity did not work so was a little hard Morning. Not impressed.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean our room was in. It smelled fresh and clean, which is a huge plus for us because we have stayed in some smelly places before. I would agree with some of the other reviews that it was just kind of a pain anytime you would leave because you’d have to go down to the U-turn lane in order to go left.

Arguably the worst experience with any hotel Ive had. The staff are incompetent, unable to do the most basic of tasks, like checking someone in, charging the correct credit card or even who the manager of the hotel is. The room was dank, the mattress felt like a stack of newspapers. To top it off their hotel fees are a complete fabrication. I will never stay in a best western again.

The property itself was nice and the rooms were very nice. Everything was fine ,but the front desk receptionist, Bruce. He is just rude and could care less about the customer. I was trying to explain about the parking situation and he interrupted me twice. And when i asked him to check out the parking lot to be sure i was in the right area, he said he was too busy. There was no one else even around. And then he went outside and just stood there talking on his phone. Not the usual friendly reception that we are used to.

When I got the motel Expedia said the deposite was 50.00 per room. When I was charged it was 150 per room deposite which over drew my bank account. So much for that. So that night I’m in my room longing in bed when the door opens and a man is standing in my open door saying they gave that room to him. So he left. The next morning I whent to breakfast and when I came back to my room. I was locked out. I whent back to front desk to get new key. Nobody was around. I had to wait 25 minutes for the clerk to come in and give me a new key I was a bit upset

There was no one at the front desk when I got there and after 2 rings of the bell, it took a good 10 minutes before anyone showed up. There was some confusion on the billed amount, but I did not argue further. The room was severely overheated and smelled awful upon arrival. I changed the temperature and it was comfortable after a few hours. The smell never went away. The bed was comfortable. I do not believe I will stay there again.

This is not an 8.8 property, it was clean and food options were ok, pool was broken until the last day we were there on a 9 day stay. We stayed on second floor and you could hear the 3rd floor all night.
Again, not a bad place but we definitely overpaid for a much higher rated hotel.

Having lived in the area for many years, we knew the area well. Getting into the parking lot can be a pain since you can only enter from one side of the street. The welcome was not quite that...welcoming. But hey you only have to do it once. The room was great, quite large and comfy.
