Hotel smelled terribly of room freshener when we walked in, then the room smelled musty and like body odor. Pool is out of order/under construction. Conditioner bottle was empty. Not a great experience - won't be back.

For the amount charged, I expected a bit of a nicer hotel. The TV didn’t work, the fan on the HVAC wall unit worked but not properly, and a section of the carpet in the room was wet (not sure with what). When we checked out, I tried to tell the man at the front desk, but there was a language barrier. I probably could have complained when we checked in, but we were so tired and just wanted to sleep that I didn’t want to bother. The room itself was clean, with clean comfortable beds, but just the things I mentioned made it not the best stay.

Stayed here for a family trip. We were disappointed as the pool was closed the entire four nights we stayed there with no answer on if it was going to be opened or not. Room felt damp no matter how cold the A/C was. Bathtub felt like we were going to fall through. But, it was a roof over our head and warm water to wash up with so I guess it did the job.

Very nice overall but there was little room between the window and bed due to being positioned so close to the air conditioner. desk chair was a bit dangerous.

Stayed here for one night on our road trip back to Ohio. The room seemed average, but the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the hairdryer on the wall didn't work, and the fridge barely worked. The bed spread had a huge stain on the underside that I didn't notice until the morning. The staff was not informative. They didn't explain where the room was or what time breakfast was served. There was also no elevator, which was not mentioned in the booking online. Not a huge deal for us, but may be a problem for handicapped people or people who have trouble navigating stairs.

We are traveling across the country with our 8-year -old grandson. I specifically chose hotels that have pools. We get here, pool is "out of order". I can see water in the pool but we can't use it. Why am I paying full price for a hotel with a pool when it's not available to us? Fraudulent!

You cant understand anyone who works there. The sheets and pillow cases were stained, and it reeked like cat piss and cigarettes. There were workers staying in the room across from mine and I swear every 5 minutes they were opening and slamming their door. I ordered door dash and when I went to grab it from outside of my door there were men just standing there watching me. Over all not worth the money.

The stay was ok. Had to unplug the toliet a few times, the shower leaked, the ac made a bunch of noise, the pool was cold and not updated. The last two days of our stay the pool was out of order. The guy at the front didnt speak english very well but was polite and helpful. So that was a plus.

Hotel was clean. Only a short distance from the interstate. It needed some repair. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, leading to rust on the bathroom light fixture. The television did not work initially. Sounded like all tv's might have been affected as they were back on with in 1 1/2 hours. Also we were booked for two adults and a child, but the room only had two bath towels and washcloths

Horrible experience overall at this hotel. When I was checking in, the clerk seemed like I was causing him an inconvenience. Got to my room and it smelled horrible. The shower head was broken, and there was no hot water at all. I would not give this hotel your business, because they don’t seem to care about your stay.

Checking in was very convenient! We loved the breakfast there were a lot of varieties of different food. The workers were very helpful. Above all the beds were clean and rooms were clean.

Bed was comfortable and the staff nice, but really dated, not the cleanest, and limited hot water after 9 or 10am.

The hotel needs some upgrades, shower head, ice machine(empty) and exterior appearance particularly the trash hold area. It was open, needed paint and over flowing.

The room was only half way cleaned. Some kind of gunk on the curtains. Found a dollar behind the night stand i had to pull out to plug the lamp in. Wrappers behind the night stand. Floor was a different color when it was moved , proving they never move it to clean behind there. Carpet missing in some places. Mini fridge was dirty and missing pieces on the inside. The door to the room wouldn't close all the way unless you forcefully push on it.

This hotel was clean, no issues there. Everything was broken. The tv had a crack in it, the ice machine didn’t work at all, hairdryer was broke, the pool was in need of major repairs.

This was our return home stay and it was equally as nice as our outbound trip. The breakfast assortment was very good and very tasty.

Facility was kinda run down. The pool area especially. Bathrooms are dated and it had gas station toilets that was clogged as soon as we flushed it without us putting any tp in it. For the price and location it was good as it was 3 min away from my brother in laws house. Probably will not stay at this location again. Because the only reason we stayed was because of the pool, but it was not a good pool. I don’t have super high standards but basic maintenance would go a long way.

I really want to give more stars. The staff were friendly and quick, the room was clean and ready to go. But the bed was so HARD it was like sleeping on the floor and the pillows were awful. If it wasn’t for the bed and pillows this would be a great stay for the price
